My niece and I stayed here for a girls weekend. It was beautiful and bigger than I expected. It is in a great location with many places we wanted to do in a walkable distance. The trolley tour we did offered free pick-up and drop off for those places that were too far to walk. The place was in a very quiet place. If you are a bath person, there is a beutiful clawfoot tub to enjoy as well. I highly recommend this place.

A girls weekend with your niece sounds like a memory in the making, Lisa, and we’re so glad Charlton on Lafayette felt beautiful and peaceful for you both. Thank you for sharing your photos of the Cathedral Basilica and the Forsyth Park fountain, because they make us want to wander over there ourselves. We’re delighted the clawfoot tub earned a mention too, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. Cheers to the next trip you two take together!

The place was very clean and cute. Close to many places. Within walking distance. Our AC went out one day and the host was quick to respond and it was fixed by the time we got back to the room a couple of hours later. Would stay at one of their properties again. Recommend for sure!

Place was wonderful!! Only con was I wish the listing noted that it was second floor before I booked instead of after I booked…the huge staircase was tough with a newborn and stroller. Other than that it was a great stay!!
