There is an apartment above this home and you can hear the residents who live there walking around both at night and in the morning. The Vrbo listing did not state this when we booked it, but then we made a formal complaint, now this listing has been changed to state people live upstairs. It was noisy hearing people walk around and we did not enjoy that. It was a nice place, but from 5-10 pm and in the morning you will hear people in the apartment above. This should be stated on the Vrbo listing loud and clear! Not very happy about that at all and will never stay there again.

**Attention potential guests reading this review: As you can see on the review summary on the left, as of this date we have 63 reviews on VRBO, all but 3 being 5 Stars. On another popular booking platform that starts with an A and ends with a B, we have an additional 62 reviews, 60 of those being 5 Stars. So out of 125 reviews, we received 120 5 Star Reviews (96%). In short, you can't please everyone all the time. With that said, I reply now to this guest: We sincerely regret your experience was not 5 Stars. We do not take your response lightly and have taken actions to remedy this misunderstanding. This was a missed opportunity for both of us. Had you communicated your dissatisfaction, we could have either relocated you to one of our sister properties or provided some kind of concession to try to make things right with you. Rather, you chose to stay your full occupancy without saying a thing, and then sought a discount, after the fact, for your uncommunicated complaint. As for your assertion that the property was not what you expected, please re-read both the rental agreement you signed and the welcome message we sent to you 7 days before arrival. You apparently misread both of those communications while our 120 5 Star pleased guests got it right.

Casa Chill! It was perfect! it was my first time visiting Naples. I was celebrating my 65th birthday. With my two best friends! The owner had everything you would want and need from towels, washcloths, paper, towel, and the one thing women always need it lots of toilet paper, there were three of us!The screened in pool was perfect. We had no problems sitting out at night having a cocktail worrying about bugs or lizards!I have stayed in numerous VRBO‘s and I would say this was the best one ever having all the essentials that you’ll ever need being away from home!!Thank you again Rich.

This property exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a house with a heated pool for our family vacation and we found it! The house was very clean. From the kitchen being stocked with anything you need to cook, to pool towels and pool toys, to beach chairs, the house had everything we could need. The host was quick to respond when we had a question. If we come back to Naples we will definitely stay here again.this house had everything we were looking for.

Rich was fantastic with responding to questions and concerns prior to our stay, providing responses within a few hours. Also provided follow up on amenities such as if we wanted the pool heated to ensure he had it ready for us. The house was clean and ready for us, and was a good location to various attractions in Naples. Check out was easy and simple. Overall a great stay!

Casa Chill Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Chill. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outside tiki was a nice shelter while the rain storms passed through. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and having a fan out there was a huge plus in the summer heat. Rich was great host and easily accessible. Thanks again for a relaxing stay at Casa Chill.

Holidays in Naples 2024

The property was very clean, safe and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown, just a few minutes drive. We took the short walk (2-3 minutes) to Celebration Park several times for lunch and some music at night. Any time that we needed the host, he answered our call and accommodated us in a hurry. Would highly recommend!! :)

Fabulous stay

Quiet neighborhood. House was so cheerfully decorated and relaxing. We loved the property. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. They had so much fun while we were relaxing, after our adventures for the day. An abundance of things to do in close proximity. Highly recommend Fernweh Ice Cream and Los Molcajetes both super close with great food and friendly service. Would not hesitate to stay again.
