Enetages Rummelig Home-Priv. --- Spa --- pool varme skal være pre-arrangere

pleasure working with this guests --- guest requested early checkin --- cleaning crew came in early to accommodate --- guests were able to check in at 11am for much needed travelling rest ---- guest showed up with one load of laundry still in drying mode ---- cleaners went to start another job & were coming back to finish ---- I was notified --- cleaning was finished --- lol ---short notice accommodations don't always go smooth ---- working together really helps.

Below is what I send the guest after inquiry ---- on my sight it states ---- poolheat must be prearranged & paid for separately ----I just started using my user pay model about a month ago ---- WORKING GREAT!!! so far. ---- before I charged $35 per day which at times did not cover the gas costs ----- These guests received $26.00 from their poolheat deposit ---- thanking my guests for being responsible to avoid a misunderstanding ---- this quote does not include pool heat ---- as advertised, must be pre-arranged & pre-paid separately ---- I have tried different ways of charging for pool heat with limited success ---- useage varies a lot between different guests ---- during the last year, I have had photos of gas meter taken between bookings ---- I have a good enough handle on pool heat for guests to make their own choice ----- I am charging $30 per day upfront separately ----- if pool heat costs are less than what you paid upfront, a refund along with damage deposit will be issued ---- if pool heat costs are more than what you paid upfront, that amount will be deducted from the damage deposit. During our own stays our useage varies ---- grandma will not swim with her 4 grandchildren unless the body & water temperatures pretty much the same or warmer for those days we will raise the temperature in the high 90s ( even 100+) ---- for those special days we exceed $30 ----- we keep our pool heat costs at or below $30 per day ----- our normal pool temp is a bit below 90 degrees F ---- At those times is when there is a water trail between pool & spa ----- it appear our grandkids spent at least 8 hours per day in pool -------- we do not heat pool the days we are not using it ----- good pool management can get you what you want or can afford ----- checking on how you are doing at anytime during your stay is only a text message away.
