The day passes you mentioned help foster this unique and enjoyable atmosphere. Our listing notes and provides a link to these day passes quite visibly so that potential guests can be aware of this prior to booking with us. Our follow-up email sent to all guests also mentions the day passes and again provides the link both to view and purchase day passes in advance. We apologize that the cottage did not meet your expectations for cleanliness. We will work with our team to discover what occurred and how to remedy any issues in the future."
