Slap af og nyd den betagende, panorama havudsigt og den spektakulære solnedgange fra din egen private balkon, i dette rolige og fredelige oceanfront Belair lejlighed i Belnem. Superb snorkling, svømning og shore dykning, lige foran din lejlighed.

Store centrale stedet for alle dine aktiviteter. BelAir Lejligheden ligger cirka 10-15 minutters kørsel fra hovedbyen Kralendijk, windsurfing og kitesurfing, to minutter til bachelorstranden, hvilket er et godt sted at svømme, snorkle og dykke. Det er tæt på nogle af de kendte dykkersteder. Der er et dykkercenter i nærheden for at håndtere alle dine dykning behov.

Vores smukke Condo er en af ​​kun 12 enheder, i Belair komplekse, i denne rolige samfund af Belnem. Det er på anden sal, og det er luksuriøst udstyret med alt hvad du behøver, for at gøre dit ophold så behageligt som muligt.

Badeværelserne blev fuldstændig renoveret i 2013. Det vigtigste Badeværelset blev redesignet for at tillade adgang Den tredje soveværelse gæster gennem en separat dør.

Køkkenet er blevet fuldstændig renoveret i 2011/2012 med alle nye apparater, og det er fuldt udstyret med gryder og pander, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine.

Aircondition er nu tilgængelig i stue / køkken områder for en nominel gebyr.

Den ekspansive balkon har panoramaudsigt over Det Caribiske Hav og Klein Bonaire Island. Det tilbyder en meget afslappende oase for solnedgang kiggeri, spisning, læsning eller til stirrer ud over havet. Delfiner er jævnligt ses at svømme foran lejligheden.

Relaxing vacation

We stayed in this condo twice already and I am in the process of booking our next trip. We love a balcony overlooking the water where we eat all our meals. Martin and Nicole are a property managers and have been very helpful. The condo is in very good location 15 minutes drive to windsurfing beach. I would highly recommend this place.

BEAUTIFUL view!!

Highly recommend! Great location to Buddy dive if needing tanks! Beds very comfortable. If you like air conditioning worth the extra money. BEAUTIFUL view! Just wish they had a water hose or tank to wash off scuba equipment down by locker. Martin greeted us with YUMMY sandwiches, cookies and beer in fridge. Wonderful after a LONG plane ride and we were starving. Looking forward to our next stay.

A great place to kick back and enjoy a nice cold drink, great view, convenient location.

The condo was clean, well equipped and had what we needed. When we arrived Martin, the property manager met us with a nice spread of finger foods and drinks. He and his wife are very responsive when we need something. One of our tires was low and we asked for advice on where we can go get air filled. Ten minutes later, Martin came and filled our tire. The snorkeling and swimming of the water in front of the property was great. Beautiful view of the sunset and passing sail boates on blue water during the day. Location is near airport and supermarkets. Five minutes drive to downtown. Other beaches are few minutes drive away. Condo is quiet no street noise.

beautiful location but some disappointing features

To start with, the location was exactly as described--right on the water and an easy drive to southern diving sites and town. Martin, who is the local contact for the owner, was very accessible and helpful. The condo itself was not what I expected, although it might be fine for most people. Before renting it, I asked if there were screens on the windows, since I like to use natural air flow and not air conditioning. The owner replied that there were screens, but neglected to mention that two of the three bedrooms had no windows to the outside, and the third had only one. So, there was no possibility of air flow in the bedrooms and it was necessary to use air conditioning. I felt somewhat deceived. But, if you prefer air conditioning, this place will be fine for you. Another thing to note: when you get the full packet of condo information, the owner says that there is a maximum of 8 hours of air conditioner use per day. That might be a problem for you, since it is very uncomfortable to be in any of the bedrooms for any length of time without the air conditioner on. This is something you might want to work out before finalizing the terms of your stay.

We would like to address the implication that we in some way deceived the reviewer with regards to our condo specifically: “Before renting it, I asked if there were screens on the windows, since I like to use natural air flow and not air conditioning. We endeavor to answer all questions from potential guests as honestly and as accurately as possible. However, regrettably we can only directly address the queries as they are put to us. The following are the pertinent questions as they were put to us and our reply: Questions (via VRBO): On 8/18/2015: ”1. Are there screens on windows and sliders and opening to the deck? We prefer to cool with ocean breezes if possible. 2. what is the extra charge for use of the living room air conditioner?” And on 8/19/2015: “Can we wait to see on the living room air conditioner? It will depend upon whether we need it. From your description, we may not.” Responses (via VRBO) on 8/18/2015: “Yes, we have screens on all windows and doors also. Indeed there is a very nice wind blowing through the condo when the front door and patio are opened. The extra charge for the living room air conditioner is $100/week.” And on 8/19/2015: “ It would be no problem at all to wait and decide about the living air conditioner until you get to Bonaire.” We feel this was an accurate and honest answer to the query put to us. Had we been asked directly about the bedrooms, we would have of course stated that although two of the bedrooms have no windows to the outside, they are indeed cooled by air conditioning. Regarding the issue about the maximum of 8 hours of air conditioner use per day, we offer air conditioning in the bedrooms to provide a comfortable sleeping environment. As mentioned above, there is a pleasant through breeze during the day when the patio and front doors and/or main bedroom window are opened. For those who still prefer air conditioner in the living room, it is possible to do so at an additional cost. As the reviewer asked, we mentioned that the extra charge for the living room air conditioner is $100/week and it would be no problem at all to wait and decide about the living air conditioner until you get to Bonaire.

The villa was perfect for our team of 3 dive couples. Great house reef, terrific location and great service from both the owner and property manager. This is my new favorite place on Bonaire. I’ll be back!

Nice scuba oriented spot with a great view.

Apartment was clean and maintained well with a great view of the ocean and private access for the complex for snorkeling and diving which everyone partook in.

Delightful!

Corinne has put together a beautiful little unit. It is very pretty and comfortable. It is a delightful space for relaxing and swimming. The only drawback is the 2nd floor location on the opposite side of the building from the gate to the front for diving.. Rinsing dive equipment and schlepping gear up and down the stairs can be a bit of a workout.

We are not sure if you were aware that we do have a private diving storage area near the parking lot and you could have kept your diving gear in the storage area so you would not need to bring your gear up to the apartment. Great place to spend time and easy access to the water.

I have stayed here twice now. The owners have made upgrades to the apartment that make this an even nicer place to stay. I could spend all day on the balcony looking at the water with breaks to go in the water to cool off. And maybe grab a snack from the kitchen. :-) Lovely place to stay. We had a couple of issues that were address in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice view and well stocked condo

The location and view from the condo was outstanding. The kitchen and linens were incredibly stocked. The kitchen has a dishwasher and clothes washer which was great so you do not have to pack too much. The condo is perfectly situated so you never have direct sunlight on you while using the balcony so you are in the shade which is a real plus. The baths and kitchen have been updated, are modern and well maintained. Martin, the property manager, had stocked the refrigerator with breakfast items which was much appreciated. Also you do not have to pack salt and pepper or other spices as there are a lot of spices in the unit. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the beds are incredibly hard. If you are okay with that then this is your place.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful island

My wife and I, along with her brother and his wife and their mom spent a week in this condo. The condo itself was very nice. It was very clean and well stocked. The five of us felt at home the entire time. The best part though is the balcony. First of all, the view when you first walk out on it is stunning. The water is absolutely beautiful and the mountains off in the distance are breathtaking. The steps from the deck down into the water are great. Under the water is no less awesome. There are tons of beautiful fish down there. Some of what I saw right off the deck was a spotted eel, green moray eel, sharp tail eel, more parrot fish of varying species than I've ever seen, french angelfish, honeycomb cowfish, scrawled filefish, and many more. For the best snorkeling in Bonaire, you must go to Klein Bonaire. We also found Andrea I & II, Thousand Steps and Windsock to be excellent. The salt pier is supposed to be really good, but it was closed for maintenance when we were there. I really liked the location of the condo. Only a few miles to downtown Kralendjik and a short drive south to the salt pans, which you should really check out. Drive around the south end of the island to see flamingos and stop at Jibe City for an awesome burger and a beer. Also, Washington Slagbaai national park - definitely go IF you have a truck. It is beautiful, but the roads are dirt and very rough in places. A small car would not make it. If you are looking for a great snorkeling vacation, this is it. Bonaire is a great island and the locals are very friendly. We will definitely be back and will stay again in this condo.

The place is amazing, it was my fourth time that i stayed in this same apartment, the view is stunning, immagine you wake up every day with the Caribbean cristal clear water under your feet. The wind on Bonaire comes from the east, the apartment is facing west so the water is always calm which makes snorkeling/diving off the building easier and enjoyable, has fully equipped kitchen, washer, drier and dish washer, 2 new bathrooms , outside storage for diving equipment and rinse area, very quiet building, very safe. And for windsurfers jibe city and windsurf place are only 10 minutes away. Property manager always there when needed. Will definitely return back

Amazing Views!

This was our 4th trip to Bonaire, but first to this lovely condo. Corinne was a great communicator and everything went as planned. The views from the second story, oceanfront balcony were amazing. In addition to the fabulous sunsets, we saw a huge manta ray swim lazily by, and relaxed to the sounds of the ocean. The apartment is spacious and has nice new kitchen, complete with dishwasher and washing machine. The A/C worked great, but we didn't need it much since we could simply leave the sliding doors open to the ocean breezes. For divers, this is an awesome location, as Belmar (with a Buddy Dive tank station) is a few steps away. There's great diving from the deck, including rinse tanks and a shower. The complex was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed our fellow guests very much. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful views, location and accommodations

The condo was wonderful! The three bedrooms were more than adequate for our family of five. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was furnished with all the modern appliances we have at home including a dishwasher and clothes washer. The balcony became our living room. The diving and snorkeling off the Bach deck was super. Great location. Great condo. I would reccomend this condo to anyone.

Such a wonderful place!

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. We rented it primarily due to the balcony pictures and it didn't disappoint. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner relaxing on the balcony, as we planned our next dives. The kitchen had most everything we needed, making it very easy to eat most meals at the condo. Overall a very comfortable stay. We especially loved the 2 resident iguanas that appeared on the sun deck every morning. We dove from the condo a few times and the shower & soak bucket was much appreciated. The location was perfect, with quick & easy access to the southern dive spots. Buddy dive has a satellite shop two buildings down and we could quickly load up the tanks every morning or throughout the day. AB Rentals worked out smoothly for our truck rental. Martin and Nicole (property managers) at Hotel Roomer were wonderful and they outfitted our first night with beers, juice, milk, and breakfast items for the next morning. Great place and we hope to be back soon.

This condo had a great location, great view, and was as described. Having an equipment locker right next to the parking area was very convenient. The deck and ocean access wonderful for swimming, snorkeling and night diving. We appreciated the coffee, bread and cheese supplied by Martin (property manager) as we arrived!

Beautiful, Quiet, Relaxing and Convenient! Could not ask for more.

My wife and I spent a marvelous and memorable eight days here. The condo is conveniently located in a quiet area very close to many dive sites on the south end of the island. A few minutes to the north is the town of Kralendijk, with its many wonderful shops and restaurants. The unit is equipped with everything necessary to insure a pleasant stay, including fully equipped kitchen and washer. All you need is a few groceries, your dive gear, and some sun screen! We absolutely loved the large balcony overlooking the water. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and enjoy our coffee while watching for the dolphins to come by. One morning we were even visited by a manta ray! The sunsets over the water usually ended our days in spectacular fashion. Snorkeling from the deck area with easy water access was wonderful. We say most every type of fish native to the waters. Just north of Belair, there were some nice coral reefs with large shoals of fish including tangs, spanish hogfish and more. I was even able to talk the wife into a night snorkel here. We saw many eels and a beautiful white see snake in the beam of the dive light. It was a safe and memorable time. During the day, my wife made friends with a resident iguana that enjoyed the handfeeding of some grapes and lettuce! Martin (host and manager) ensured that our every need was seen to for our entire stay. We could not ask for a more friendly, courteous and caring individual. Thank you Martin! The owners of this lovely condominium provided us with a beautiful place we could call home while we made many memories in Bonaire. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful, peaceful place to stay

Our stay here was very comfortable and peaceful. Snorkeling right off the deck was especially nice since the island has few "easy" spots to access the water. Everything we could have needed was provided in the condo making it very nice. Owners were also very helpful (via email) in answering some of our questions prior to our trip. Host/manager, Martin and Nicole, owners of the Roomer Hotel were very helpful. Also, their hotel is a wonderful place for dinner and just a short walk down the road. We were pleased with the service of AB Car Rental and Blue Bay Boat Rental (at the Plaza Resort - close to condo). Would we recommend Bonaire and THIS condo? - YES.

I'm sure everyone who stays at your place in Bonaire loves your condo. We just wanted to add our thanks to you for letting us rent it for the week. Your decor is delightful from the marvelous photos on the walls to the hanging mobiles and other knick knacks on the the shelves. Martin was so helpful, too. Never have I had someone respond so quickly when we needed a light bulb and new tea kettle to replace the leaking one. Not only is he so hospitable and welcoming, he takes pride in keeping your place well maintained and stocked. Your location in Belnam is so very convenient for heading out to all the dive spots on the southern part of the island; the donkey sanctuary; access to grocery stores including the new one so well stocked; and access to the rental car return and airport. Although we cooked and enjoyed dinner with candlelight under a clear starry sky on the porch, we also enjoyed several extremely good restaurants in town. Definitely our visit to Bonaire was wonderful and we hope if whenever we return your condo will be available. Thank you

Great place to stay and swim!

We stayed in this apartment in Sep 2011. Great location -- we swam and snorkel right from the deck at least twice a day. Spectacular sunsets. The surroundings are very quiet. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We had a great time and we'll likely come back.

Easter Week On Bonaire

This condo is located in a quiet area of Bonaire. The views are gorgeous. Overall, we enjoyed the location. Bonaire is wonderful for divers. The BelAir has an outdoor area to rinse our equipment. The managers from the Roomer Hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The small breakfast that was waiting for us when we arrived was very welcome especially since no stores were open on Easter Sunday. The BelAir apartments are close to a great little dive shop. Only issues we had were construction going on in the apartment next store that made it impossible to take naps during the couple rainy days. Also the third bedroom was locked which was no big deal since there were only 3 of us but the apartment was advertised 3 bedrooms. Wireless internet made it easy to stay in touch with the office and Skype with family.
