Hey Austin, Thanks so much for your review! Sorry for the issues you had with the TV. We have ROKU smart TV's with all streaming apps loaded on but it sounds like you had some connection troubles. I will be sending maintenance to make sure things are connected properly and we would love to host you again anytime!

Thanks a bunch for the awesome review. We're thrilled you had a great time celebrating the graduation. Keeping things tidy and cozy is what we love to do. We're excited we could accommodate the late checkout for you. Hope to have you back for more fun times.

Hey Melissa, We are so sorry that we werent able to grant early check-in. We are sorry to see this resulting in a less than 5 star review. We got one of your units completed early and were able to grant early check-in but with the full home being so large, the other units took a bit longer. We were still able to get you into all units before the 5:00 check-in time that is listed on our listing page. We will always grant early check-in when possible but in the future if you know that early check-in is absolutely necessary, I would confirm this with the host prior to booking. Thanks again and have a great day!

Thank you for the thoughtful review and helpful feedback Sonja. We'd love to host you again!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! It's wonderful to hear that the house itself was fantastic and suited your large family's needs well, providing a comfortable and secure space once inside. I completely understand your concerns about the stairs and the neighborhood's safety. Transparency is crucial in our listings, so I'll be sure to include a note about the stairs potentially posing a challenge for those with mobility limitations. As for the neighborhood, I apologize that it didn't feel as secure as expected. While we can't control the surrounding area, I'll look into adding recommendations for well-lit streets or specific parking areas that might feel safer. Providing clearer instructions and details about garage access would likely have been beneficial upon arrival, and I'll make sure to include those in the listing description. The oversight regarding the missing Roku is regrettable, and I will ensure that one is provided along with the remote for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. However, it would have been helpful if these concerns had been reported during your stay so that we could address them promptly. Your kind words about the house are appreciated, and we hope that by addressing these concerns, we can enhance the overall experience for future guests!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Your satisfaction means a lot to us. Can't wait to host you again.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! I'm so happy to hear that the home was a great fit for your family birthday celebration. Having enough space for 11 people can be tough, so I'm thrilled it comfortably accommodated your group. The location sounds perfect - close enough to enjoy downtown but with a peaceful feel. It's fantastic that you could walk to a coffee shop and a fun bar - those little conveniences can really make a trip! Your feedback about the family room seating and kitchen table is really valuable. I'm always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, and adding more seating options is definitely something I'll consider. Thanks again for choosing my humble home and for the kind words about communication! I truly appreciate it. We'd love to welcome you back again sometime, with hopefully enough seating for the whole family!

Thank you for sharing your positive feedback! We're pleased to hear that you found our home clean, and spacious. Hope to welcome you back for another comfy stay.
