Sorry that you felt the office staff were abrupt as dthis is not in theri nature. At the time we didn't know the screen door key was not with the guests key. This was rectified as quickly as it was possible. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Ensuring the safety and comfort of your furry friends is important, so it's fantastic that the property had a secure yard and was located near dog-friendly beaches. Your recommendation for adding a mirror in the back bedroom or near the laundry/second toilet is thoughtful and would likely enhance the convenience of the property. Hi, we're sorry to hear of your mishaps but as you say they are nothing to do with us so not sure why you included them in your review which should be based on the property itself. We've certainly never had a complaint regarding privacy and are quite baffled by your comments as none of the houses look directly into the property and it's surrounded by a tall fence. Plenty of blinds in the house so you can have privacy.
