We’re truly glad to hear you enjoyed the location near Dollywood, the clean hot tub, the well‑stocked kitchen and bathroom, and those nightly fireworks views. It’s wonderful to know the cabin’s setting and amenities helped make your stay enjoyable. We also sincerely apologize for the maintenance concerns you encountered. The mouse nest in the sleeper sofa and the sewer crock issue are absolutely not the standards we hold for this property. While the cabin is in a wooded area, we should have caught the sleeper sofa issue before your arrival, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The sewer crock overflowing was a larger problem that unfortunately couldn’t be resolved over the weekend, but we’re grateful for your patience while we worked to reduce the odor until repairs could be completed. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ve already taken steps to address both issues to ensure future guests have a smooth, comfortable stay. We’re glad to hear you would stay again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to a fully refreshed and well‑maintained cabin.
