We had amazing time. We loved having the room on first floor having the access to pool off of our condo and beach! It made it easier with young grandchildren! We would definitely recommend and rebook in the future

Wonderful! Would definitely return!

This is the perfect location if you are traveling with kids, especially under 3. You are steps away from the pool to easily go back and forth, and it’s a quick walk to the beach too. The condo is amazing—perfect for a family trip! We love Hidden Dunes and would absolutely stay here again.

Literally steps to the pool on the ground floor. Beautiful remodeled unit with 3 private bedroom suites. Great location close to shops, restaurants and activities.

Overall the property is decent and in close proximity to the beach and pool with good appliances. However the building is older and there is a terrible rank smell that persists in unit 0101 no matter how many air fresheners you use or how much cleaning you do. Also, towels were limited for the amount of guests we had, I texted the host repeatedly with no response other than we'll get back to you. I also called the 800 number for the property manager and her response was that her apartment smells like rotten eggs every Thursday too. I was like what???? No further accommodations, refunds, or compensation were offered for our inconvenience of having to smell this odor for our entire stay. What's worse is we had to re-wash all our clothing when we got home since they absorbed this awful smell. They need to check the vents in this place and make sure nothing has crawled in there and died or get a plumber to find out why the place smells like raw sewage as this could pose a health hazard to guests. All things considered, I would have preferred to spend my money elsewhere and would not stay here again.

When you did not accept our offer to move, our property manager issued a credit for your discomfort and inconvenience. Since your departure, we’ve identified the source and fixed this issue. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 small children so this unit was perfect. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom that provided privacy for each couple/family. The common area has lots of space to hang out, cook, and share a meal.The direct access to the pool is truly a VIP experience that fellow pool goers envied. The beach is very well taken care of and enjoyable.FYI (no fault of the host):Parking is tight. Be prepared to bust out your best parking skills in the garage.The walk down to the beach is quite a journey with many steps. There is a deck halfway down to take a break especially if you’re carrying bags or wagons.The lounge chairs provided for guests are nice but have a very defined width. The arm rests are wooden and not collapsable, so if you have wide hips it isn’t the most comfortable to squeeze into.Getting in and out of the resort from the main road (US 98) can take time with heavy traffic coming both ways and no stoplight - especially if you’re trying to turn left (west) to exit.

Great Vacay

This was a perfect property for our beach vacation with the kids & grandkids. The property overall was well maintained & very comfortable. First floor was also a big plus as we had our own entrance to the pool about 20 steps away. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans etc so we could cook in whenever we chose. Nice access to the beach & several areas to spray off the sand on the way back. Would come back to this same unit again, for sure!

Great family condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was parking. Listing mentioned parking garage and outdoor parking for 2-3 vehicles. What they fail to mention is the lack of parking near the building. If we left the condo in the evening, we had to park quite a ways away from the building.

A nice roomy place with easy access to beach. So great with children with the pool being so close.

The inside was updated and really nice. Quiet surroundings and lots to do in that area. I would love to see the area outside the door that leads to the beach cleaned up and deweeded.. The outside sitting area floor was slick and not as clean as you would expect.. Need a good mat outside the door. We loved our stay but for the money we paid I would love to see those things changed!!!

The area you refer to is considered part of the “common area” of the property and is under the care of the HomeOwner’s Association. We will be passing on your comments concerning the outside area to them. We do our best to make sure the patio area is swept and cleaned prior to each guests’ arrival. It is, however, outside and subject to the elements. We hope you will consider Hidden Dunes again for your next beach vacation!
