Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you found our townhome beautiful and that the welcome basket was appreciated. However, we apologize for any confusion caused by the property description. We understand that it led you to believe that the property was directly on the beach, when in fact it is stated as a few steps away from the beach. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the outdoor shower water pressure. We will look into this matter to ensure it is addressed and improved for a better experience for our future guests. We appreciate your compliments regarding the property's maintenance and the helpfulness of our concierge.
