We had the best time here. Tierra Verde is an absolute hidden gem! The rental matches the pictures perfectly! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. However lacking glassware, no wine glasses :(Just be aware this is a very quiet community, do not book if you’re looking for a party. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation I could not recommend this any more.

Family Vacation

This was a great spot to explore the nearby beach and shopping. A quiet neighborhood to come back to from a busy day.

Beautiful Area of Florida

The unit we stayed in was in excellent shape and very well equipped. We had a great time and was near family. Would like to stay again in the future.

Great place

Very well appointed apartment. Would stay here again. Just follow the instructions for the AC otherwise it stop working. Please fix the smoke detector which kept making noise all night. Otherwise, would stay there again.

Great property all around, it really looked like the pics and space was good and the items in the unit were just what we needed! The only things we wish had been a little different were that I wish there was a way to contact management without having to call during business hours, maybe there is, but I couldn’t find it. Also, we stayed in the off season (August) and there wasn’t much for restaurants nearby even though it looks like it online, a lot of places were closed for the season. But, it was quiet, super clean and a nice overall stay!!! We would choose this place again! ❤️

Great Location!

A very nice space in a beautiful location. The complex has restaurants close by…Fort DeSoto near by and it was a short ride from Clearwater St Pete airport. The unit needs more glassware and to provide more bath towels. The pool area is very nice! Our balcony had 4 chairs and a side table…with a very nice view of the sunrise.

Beautiful Apartment

Great location close to all of the beaches and great restaurants. Pool, jacuzzi and pickel ball courts a great amenity! would definetely stay there again!

Tierra Verde condo

My husband, teen daughter and I had a great stay here. The condo was spacious and spotless with all the amenties we needed; beds were comfortable and we loved having two bathrooms. The condo complex and surrounding area were very quiet. We didn’t need to communicate with the manager but received all the info we needed prior to our stay. We weren’t able to take advantage of the pool etc but would love to if we’re back in the area again. Great location, convenient to St Pete Beach and downtown is not too far away. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb property!

This is the third time I've stayed in this complex, and E59 was by far the nicest of the units I've been in. It also had a great view from the balcony. Very happy with this stay and will seek the same unit out in the future!

Beach wedding vacation

We had a really good experience. The only thing that wasn’t working was the WiFi. We tried to get ahold of someone the first day, but was unsuccessful.

A wonderful vacation

We loved the location and the property. Management was very responsive, great experience all around. Very clean, furnished well and a great value. We have several kids in college and enjoyed the wonderful value of this rental. The only issue (a small one) was ongoing difficulty with living room TV connection. Easily remedied, I’m sure. Otherwise 100% perfect.

Delightful

We enjoyed the facility and the laid-back not overly commercialized residential vibe. There are a few recommendations for improvement such as access to laundry, storage unit, more amenities like saran wrap and foil in the condo. Higher end soaps, shampoos, etc would be great! Comfortable sleeping, good water flow for showers and quiet. This unit is not for anyone with disabilities, AFN. One needs to be able to haul suitcases, groceries and self to second floor via stairs. We had a delightful stay.

Over all the location and the condo were nice. However the mattress in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced. It is sagging a lot , the springs are broken . more on one side than another. It was so bad on one side that we had to take turns sleeping on the couch. I do not feel that this is acceptable and in my opinion the unit should not be rented out until this is fixed. We did notice that with 4 TVs in the unit the owners spent more money on electronics than they did on bedding.

Not that great

We were very disappointed with our stay. We realize it’s Florida but we had to battle with little ant like bugs in the kitchen. On the bananas, on the counters, on the cutting board while marking dinner, on our plates during the meal. We also found hair on the bathroom walls and a towel with a blood stain on it. For the high Vrbo cleaning fee - how could they miss a blood stained Towel? After that we questioned the cleanliness of everything. The AC was also very loud. Finally, due to the location of the condo there was a toll both. So every time we left to go do something we’d have to pay just to get back the condo.

DO NOT RENT THIS ANT INFESTED, POORLY MANAGED AND OVER PRICED APARTMENT!

This property was over sold with kayaks which could not be used and bikes which were not found and had to be rented at the owners expense 4 days later out of a week stay. Arrived Friday evening to find that all closets and cupboard are used as storage (this was resolved on Monday but was inconvenient as we could not unpack and get ready for the week since we work remotely). No one told us about a toll fee every time you leave the Island as management has admitted that they never been to the property. The kitchen is equipped for a camping day out..bring your own cups and plates while fending off ants while you eat! the December posted review is accurate and nothing has been done since. The owner’s words were that they tried to resolve most of the matters so she refused to issue a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We felt that we paid out of our pocket to perform a quality check and report the problems so she can fix them using our own time! (this is why we rejected the offer to fix the washing machine which also happened not to be working as we are working and taking meetings during the same business hours they would come to fix it). I would warn those thinking of renting this unit to read the reviews carefully. There are better options available for the same money at a hotel down the road. Not worth the money nor the headache.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people I spoke with during my stay were ver friendly, and king. There was a family issue and I have compassion having gone through similar experiences. There were several issues with the unit. I found out it had recently been remodeled, and I think it was listed to rent too soon. The internet was not hooked up at all. Services were reinstated but there were still issues. Due to the nature of my work which is remote and confidential, I could not allow anyone in the unit to fix the WiFi which I relied on for my job. There were also ants everywhere. I stayed in a a unit one floor down and the host said they regularly spray and keep traps because that's just how it is. The unit was not prepared and ants swarmed across the kitchen counter and even across my work monitor. I left one week early, asked for reimbursement, and was denied. This is unfair and illegal. The contract I signed said they were not responsible for router/modem issues. The issue was no connectivity at all. When I booked and paid in full, Wifi was advertised as included. I was also contacted via phone and in person. The people were kind, they saw the problems, but then I had no proof to show AirBnb. This is easily a lawsuit, however, I know the company knows they have the upper hand as I am an individual and they own several properties in the state of Florida. This was an unfortunate, and unfair experience. I would like it resolved or I will continue to pursue other channels to get a fair refund for the week I didn't stay.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return for a second visit if we are looking for a condo in the area. The only minor draw back for me is that the pans were very damaged and warped. If I was staying for more than 3 nights and wanted to cook I would have gone to Walmart to buy my own cheap pans.
