Great condo close to beach with a great view -- Condo faces West - North West so no sunrise from porch but great view of sunset. And porch doors not get sun until mid-afternoon

We had a fabulous time at this unit. The grounds were well kept and the condo was super clean. We had beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon to take all of our chairs down to the water. The pool was beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Really enjoyed it and actually ended up staying an extra two days.

Beautiful!

The condo was clean and just perfect! Beautiful view of the lagoon and gulf. Love that you can sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. Close walk to the beach for sun, waves and shelling. Definitely want to come back again.

I was so happy with my stay. The condo is exactly as pictured, and the unit's amenities are well-maintained. The building is lovely, and I look forward to booking this unit again.

Beautiful Views of Tiger Tail Beach

Great stay in this newly remodeled unit. Fantastic Views of Tiger Tail at sunset from the 7th floor. Would come again.

Perfect

A perfect stay for us. Spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for wonderful vacation. Bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable we’ve had in a vacation rental. Location is great and we love the option of beach or pool. No complaints from us.

Marco Island Sunset Heaven

This property was "as advertised" and very clean and comfortable with incredible sunset views from the patio. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with.

First time on Marco Island

We really enjoyed our week in this condo. Everything was very clean and well equipped. There was a beach cart, chairs, an umbrella, and even rod holders for fishing. While we did not use it, the pool looked great. The fitness center was terrific. We saw lots of wildlife including many types of birds including burrowing owls. The location was excellent as we never drove more than 15 minutes, even to get to a shelling boat tour in Goodland. There was so many outstandingly big restaurants nearby!

Marco Fun and Sun

We can’t say enough about the wonderful accommodations, the complex and the fabulous service we received! The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The communication with management was beyond any expectations we could have. They were quick, helpful and very professional with everything. We loved the trip and would highly recommend you booking here or with this group! Thank you for helping us create treasured family memories!

Beautiful unit

We had a small issue with the shower is the guest bathroom not working for half of our stay. The unit itself is beautiful. The beach is a bit of a walk. The complex is very quiet at night with beautiful sunset views!

Great location, Nice Condo. FEE$ ARE HIGH! 1) $100 "add-on" to park your car at the condo. 2) Over $100 in VRBO fees. These have become foolish. 3) $113 was added at the airport rental car as "local and county and state" taxes not included in the AIR+RENTAL-CAR package deal. VRBO has blown up to rather ridiculous with their fees. Just be careful to understand the full price versus what's being sold to you. Read the fine print when planning your stay.

Thank you for your review. We do disclose the $100 registration fee the condo association charges guests in the listing description BEFORE you book and we have no control over VRBO's service fee which they also disclose before you book. Not sure why the 3 star review when the fees were disclosed before you booked while the local, county and state taxes are completely out of our control. Nevertheless, we are glad you enjoyed the condo and its "great location." Hopefully, you find another state/county with lower tourism taxes for your next vacation!

Marco retreat

Second time staying at south seas towers, so we were familiar with rules and regulations. We absolutely live this location with its proximity to beach and restaurants erc. This condo was by far the best equipped and remodeled that weve ever stayed in anywhere. The south sea towers complex is just nit very kid/family friendly. The poil attendant is rude and accusatory while the residents seem to appreciate her bluntness. Tennis/pickle ball court users were critical and rude as we were simply trying to expose our kids to new sports. We still return though because it's a perfect area and community for our vacation. This particular unit was exceptional! Thanks so much!

Condo was overall nice. The beach accessories and all the beach towels were great to have, especially the cart since the beach was a very long walk. The condo says newly renovated however there were walls and woodwork that could use a face lift. The extra charge for parking is a little ridiculous and you should tell people about the rudeness of the pool staff. They are clearly not wanting “renters” there and the locals make it very obvious as well. Disappointing to be treated like that. The condo was clean. I didn’t like the fact I had to do laundry before I left so that there wasn’t more than two loads of laundry. Good location and beautiful sunsets.

No internet or tv

We had no internet or tv for the first part of our week stay. Was told by Mark from itrip if I read the contract they weren’t responsible for this. We were told as we were leaving the problem stemmed from a bad router which they were going to replace when we left. Mark offered us $75 refund if I signed an agreement stating I wouldn’t say anything about this and if I rated our stay I had to give it 5 stars (blackmailing). After contacting Vrbo many times I was told it was taken care of. Really??? How was it taken care of, I received nothing in writing or any type of compensation. Will never go thru Vrbo again.

THE ONLY reason Barbara gave us a bad review was because the local cable & internet provider had a service outage which was completely out of our control. We were heartbroken as we did everything we could think of to ameliorate the situation. When we uncovered the issue as part of our precheckin inspection, we called the cable & internet company and had a tech visit scheduled, before Barbara even checked in, for the first available date. We also dropped off a hotspot for Barbara which she could also use to stream TV while the cable provider remedied the situation. As per the rental agreement, which anyone reading this review should read prior to booking (whether you book this place or another), we are not responsible for any utility outages. Ultimately service was restored during her stay and we did offer her recompense as a gesture of goodwill. $75 is generous considering that is almost half the cost of monthly cable and internet service and she was without internet for only the first 2 days of her stay. She was not required to give us a 5 star review, she was NOT blackmailed and her use of the term is not only incorrect but also disheartening as we did everything we could to make the best of an unfortunate situation.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay at this condo for our first visit to Marco Island! The kitchen was great! Had everything we needed, updated and spacious! The living room was great! We loved the oversized leather couch and the tiled floor. The second bedroom was great for the kids however the beds aren’t the most comfortable. The second bathroom was very nice and updated. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed but the master bathroom needs to have the shower updated. It was fine for me because I’m 5’4 but my husband and kids that are over 6’ couldn’t use that shower because they couldn’t fit under it. It also backs up a bit. The condo view is of the pool and you can see part of the ocean but the lagoon is in front of the condo. The pool was great! It was never that crowded when we came up from the beach. The pool lady was not as bad as the reviews make her sound. :) The walk to the beach was a little long but the sand was easy to walk on and the condo comes equipped with a cart, a cooler, 5 chairs and an umbrella so we had everything we needed. There is no one that puts up rental chairs which would’ve been really nice so be prepared to do the work yourself. We really enjoyed the pickle ball courts which had paddles and balls available. The mosquitos and noseeums were horrible! There was nothing I could do to avoid getting eaten up but the locals did say they were unusually bad for some reason at that time. We lived visiting Snook Inn to eat as well as Samis, Cj’s and Mangos. JW Marriott was nice to visit but very pricey. There are two Publix and 1 Winn Dixie to shop at. Nothing was ever very crowded for us. Overall this condo is a great location to be close to the beach and have all the amenities for pool and activities and a great value for the price! It was very clean which was the most important thing! We had one little issue with the air but Mark was very responsive and helped us resolve it. It was a great experience for us!

Nice and quiet setting. Very clean. Pool chairs were in awful condition and dirty. Everything else was nice. Long walk to the beach. This would be a difficult walk in the heat for elderly.

As for the beach, it's about 700 yards from the building, which we do note in the listing; we also provide a beach wagon to make hauling gear easier so guests do not have to carry everything by hand.
