Brand new, ultra modern, Ocean Front King Condo with Quartz Counters!

We completely renovated our ocean front condo in 2019 with quartz counter tops, shaker style cabinets and new stainless appliances in the kitchen, new living, dining and bedroom furniture, new flooring, ginormous Roku TV, new drapes, bedding, lighting, paint and more! It's modern, crisp, casual , clean and comfortable - a true sanctuary! We've provided lots of home conveniences and plenty of storage for you to bring your own comforts from home. Located in the heart of MB we are short walks to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, convention center, boardwalk and much more!

You can enjoy the most amazing sunrises (and sunsets!) and watch dolphin swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's beautifully landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood restaurants, coffee, donut and ice cream shops and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famous boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!

Kitchen features brand new quartz counter tops and shaker cabinets, eat-up bar, new stainless stove and microwave and freshly painted walls. It's fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils galore and much more! For those who prefer taking a vacation from kitchen duty, ask about our favorite restaurants within walking distance of our condo!

LR has a brand new, modern, queen sleeper-sofa, a 55" flat screen TV and a cute little breakfast nook with access to our private balcony overlooking the ocean - you can see dolphin swimming in the ocean without having to leave your seat!

BR has a brand new, super comfy king sized bed, flat screen TV, nice sized closet and 2 dressers for storing your belongings!

Bathroom is clean and bright with tub/shower combo, dual vanities and freshly painted cabinets and walls.

Very convenient location for many attractions. Lots to do within a few miles each way. Easy access in and out of the parking garage. Great beach view. Excellent hosts with super communication and very responsive to inquiries as well. Would definitely highly recommend this condo and hope to come back to visit myself sometime real soon. Thanks Myrtle Beach for being good to us!

Communication with Steve and Sarah couldn't have been better. The unit was clean, nice, and just as advertised. Very comfortable for two and the location was great! We would definitely stay again.

The room was updated and very modern and nice. Pretty clean, could have been cleaner. This place is in an old hotel that is now ran by a homeowners association, so there is no lobby or amenities within the hotel with the exception of indoor and outdoor pools, which both were nice. We definitely had trouble sleeping as we heard doors slamming all night from the hallway and could also here people arguing both nights.

Our stay was very nice. Everything was clean. The host was quick to respond to our questions and always gave good information to help us navigate check-in and parking.We did like that the parking spaces were larger than most at other places.The view was great. Construction of a storm water flow system is underway near by. We found it fascinating to watch.

Great communication from owners. The kitchen and bathroom vanity were very nice, but overall the advertisement of brand new, ultra modern was a bit of a stretch. I would stress the need to change out the air filters. Overall good place to stay with ocean views.

We had a great 3-night stay at this Myrtle Beach VRBO! The location right on the water was the highlight—waking up to that ocean view each morning was incredible. The unit itself was in excellent condition, very clean, and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing right away.Parking was super convenient with a nearby parking deck, making it easy to come and go. The WiFi was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was a nice bonus.Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were very responsive and helpful, especially when it came to accessing the unit and answering a few questions we had along the way.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-kept place with a beautiful beachfront view!

Awesome Getaway

Really great place to stay for vacation! The condo was organized and the view was absolutely stunning!!! The beach was a few steps away with beach supplies you’ll need inside! The hosts were attentive and answered all questions asked. Will definitely come back for our vacation next year!

The condo is very nice but in an older building. We enjoyed our stay very much. Other guests might want to know that the washer and dryer are not in the condo, but by the indoor pool and are coin operated. Also there is an outflow being developed in the water in front of the condo, so the view is a bit obstructed, but the beach access is very easy! The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The large window above the bed allows a lot of moonlight and city lights in at night, so you might want to consider a sleep mask, if you need a dark room. Overall I would highly recommend this condo. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful.

Very pleased with this condo

This condo was conveniently located near the ocean and to the Boardwalk on the Beach. We took advantage of getting groceries at the Piggly Wiggly about 1/2 mile away from the condo. The condo itself was very nice to stay in for the two of us. There were enough dishes to use, as well as linens. We did take advantage of the on-site laundry facilities. We loved the private balcony to relax and enjoy the ocean view! There were beach chairs and umbrella made available too!

The reason I chose this place because it says it was recently renovated. The owners responded quickly to my questions. The bed was comfy but no darkening shades. The place was clean BUT the air filter was filthy and I have asthma so we couldn't use AC or heat. The bathtub is clogged about 4 inches of water backs up. Toilet paper roll holder is about to unscrew and the base of the front of the bar needs a magic eraser taken to it. If the owners take care of these things and remove "recently renovated" I'd give 5-stars

Lovely

This was the perfect spot for our brief trip to Myrtle Beach. Within walking distance to the boardwalk and some of our favorite places. Gorgeous views and easy access to the beach! Super clean as well. Steve and Sarah were very easy to get in touch with, making everything a breeze!

We are outdoor enthusiasts living in NC with our children and pet chickens :). We grew up vacationing in Myrtle Beach and one of our lifelong dreams was to have our own place at the beach. Christmas 2016, we took the plunge and made that dream come true. We had such a great time renovating and renting it, we decided to dive back into the real estate market and get another. We never tire of the amazing views from our condo - we see dolphin swimming by all the time. If there is one thing that can drag us out of bed early Saturday morning, it's seeing the sun rise. And if there's one thing that can lull us to sleep, it's the roar of the waves.

Walking the beach, biking the boardwalk, surfing the waves, swimming in the onsite pools, riding the Sky Wheel, shopping the outlet malls, Broadway on the Beach, and Pelican's minor league baseball are all just a stone's throw from our unit. You can do as much or as little as you want! (just an fyi, It's tradition to end each night with a soak in the hot tub.)

We are die hard foodies and are amazed by the variety of places within a few blocks walking distance of our condo - seafood, pizza, pancake houses (Harry's is our favorite), wine bars, Starbucks, Indian, Thai, Krispy Kreme... The choices are endless
