The apartment features a combined lounge/dining area, main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, both with ceiling fans. Spacious well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with separate toilet, internal laundry with washing machine & dryer. One single lock-up garage. Enjoy the soothing ocean views from the balcony as you sip your morning coffee or savour an afternoon BBQ. Only a short stroll down to Flynn's Beach, local restaurants & only a short drive into the town centre. FREE WIFI. There is no lift in the complex, unit is accessible by stairs.

It is the ideal place for that perfect family holiday.

Please note that nearby construction is underway and you may experience some noise during working hours, We apologise in advance.

Very pleasant & spacious unit on level 3 with a great view. Easy access to coastal walks. Traffic a bit noisy during the day to have sliding doors open.

Snug but secure off-street parking; though guests need to handle the second-floor stairs, a minus is that it lacks the air-conditioned bedrooms that would make this a stellar property

Wonderful view, very well appointed, it had everything we needed.

Great place, very clean had everything we needed the queen mattress could do with a pillow top. Beautiful walks just across the road.

Beach view was Fantastic. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the whales and dolphins. Road noise was bad.

Excellent Holiday

Modern and well appointed Unit with a view to die for. Close to everything and friendly neighbors who will give you all the must do places to go and see. Really enjoyed our 5 week stay.

Nobby's 9 is the perfect accommodation for a long term stay in Port Macquarie. It is across the road from the beach and the km of beaches/paths along the Coastal Trail. The unit is close to downtown, the PMQ Golf Club, walkable to coffee shops. Each unit has their own private single car garage. We enjoyed using the 3 separate balcony's within the unit, and watched countless dolphins swimming by. This unit is on the top floor of a very quiet 3 story walk up.

Sea views over Nobby’s beach

Perfect apartment with fabulous views and sea breeze through three balconies. Close to walk to Nobby’s, Flynn’s and Shelley Beaches. Beautifully renovated. Lovely neighbours. We hope to be back again.

Great view and good sized apartment

Great view. Plenty of noise from the busy street though. Picks ups a good sea breeze. Amenities all in good working order and a well stocked kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we booked nobby’s 9 for 3 weeks R&R we had no idea what a wonderful time would be had. The weather was perfect so that was a bonus. Days were easily filled with sitting on the balcony’s (of which there are 3) enjoying warmth, watching the ever changing sea and looking for whales ( which were seen regularly). This was our best decision to rent this place, meet some of the very friendly neighbours and feel quite St home and relaxed. In all fairness the main disadvantage would be traffic noise.. but we adjusted to that and nights were very quiet. It was sad leaving this place for both of us. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to experience and enjoy what you permanently have. I actually have sketched a view of what we had and have never done that before. It will remain in our memories for a long time.

Ocean view... perfect.

All good. Amenities were great. People in apt block friendly. Prob with dishwasher not working properly, although that didn’t spoil our experience.

Maybe the most beautiful place in Port M.

The views were outstanding, and you really can't get any closer to the beach. A little grocery, restaurants and bus stop are an easy walk away. The apartment was the perfect size and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking. Having the washing machine and drying was so helpful. The walk up was not too bad, and got easier with time. The neighbors are friendly. The street is noisy and the ocean is noisy and there were some barking dogs next door, but that quiets down at night. This is a truly great place to stay.

Nice and cosy

Nice unit in good location. Car parking not so good especially if you have a trailer/boat. Need to let guest know not to take trailer /boat to the rear garage as it is impossible to turn. Plenty of stairs to unit, it will keep you fit. Also needs aircon or fan in the living area.

Beds were comfortable(queen&double) Recent reno of bathroom area modernised it. Very comfortable and the view was impressive. Lockable garage was nice. Value was ok when compared with nearby park cabins. The stairs were a negative with carrying our gear(4 months of travelling) up and down the stairs. I am 70 though. Quiet at night. busy traffic during day. yapping dogs next door was annoying. Key collecting easy. For the sake of complex apartment owners maybe later checkout if leaving on a Sunday.

A perfect introduction to Port Macquarie.. and equally perfect for my first time staying in a bnb. After careful planning to stay somewhere that didn’t feel like a hotel and was close to the Pacific Ocean, I stumbled upon Nobby’s 9. Close to everything, beautiful scenery from each room’s balcony, a quiet apartment complex with secure front door and lock up garage (USA sized utes won’t fit it there). There were builders on each side of the property at the time of my stay (June ‘26), one property in early stages of development. Something to be mindful of if you’re planning on quiet mornings. Carefully thought out are the items left in cupboards around the unit, all the things you would need to accommodate a long term or short term stay. Being from a cooler part of the country.. I was warm enough in June without using any of the electric heaters. If I was staying in summer, would be struggling without an A/C unit I think. I’m yet to experience a NSW summer so can’t confirm. The listing instructs tenants to bring along their own linen which I did, there were also spare pillow cases and quilt covers in the rooms along with on the beds. After staying a week, I opted to stay again for another 7x nights.. wonderfully homely and peaceful. The view during the days and the purr of the Pacific Ocean during the nights, simply amazing. When driving, less than 2x of your favourite tracks to get into town. Morning walks are beautiful. Highly recommended

Reviewer Comments: It is a lovely location overlooking the sea, but unfortunately for us we found the road noise was too much. The appartment was pretty but we also found the bed was uncomfortable too. The arrangement for clean towels every week was a very good service. We found Port Macquarie was a great location to visit and the beaches are beautiful. Plenty of places to visit for all visitors. Great little Museum, flights and dolphin boat tours etc. Also a lot of choice of foods from takeaway’s to restaurants. The Thai restaurant in town (Northport Thai) was very good, also a lovely fish restaurant (Whalebone Wharf) which we enjoyed very much and its in a great location overlooking the river. It’s a great place to visit for a holiday and we enjoyed it very much.

Lovely Views

Great views from the 3rd floor unit the only drawback was getting our things up the stairs and the traffic noise during the day.
