Cosy, well located accommodation. Very clean, everything needed by hand.Close to the village of Byron and the main beach. Nice porch outside. Due to the rainy weather conditions, the house and guesthouse were bit dampy.The bathroom needs an update.

Excellent stay

Loved our stay at Cedar Cabin! Warm, cosy, clean, spacious and inviting. The host was really responsive and welcoming.

Great place

Very nice place. Clean, close to everything, host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and a pleasure to deal with Sharmin on booking and ease of entering the property. Kitchen was really well equiped and had everything we needed. I forgot to leave the second key in the lock box! I'll put it in the post today! Thanks again for having us!

Magical place

The property is just as described and has a very cozy happy vibe. We were there at Christmas and it was a perfect setting for the holiday. It’s easy to walk to town and the beach and the grocery store is a block away. Sharmin was a great and responsive host. We would love to return when possible.

A great week away

Beautiful house within walking distance to all Byron has to offer . The outdoor shower was an absolute hit ! Such a great holiday feature . Thank you for everything. Really keen to come back.

Overall okay, We did found spiderwebs by the beds and the yard was a bit wild. Needs a tidy up. :) The trampoline was full of leaves and unable to be used, and the main house doesn’t have any curtains which was annoying. Also, unpleasant to have a cleaner walked into the property before our check out without even knocking! And the owner didn’t even acknowledged my message about this. There were only two extra blankets but sleeps 4?

Thanks for your review and for your feedback. I apologise that you found the trampoline full of leaves during your stay. The weather was particularly wild and with the property surrounded by palms and bamboo, leaves can accumulate quickly despite regular maintenance. I'm confused by your comment regarding curtains in the Main Cabin, as the bedroom is fitted with double sheer and blockout curtains. The living area does have louvred windows without curtains, as we've intentionally designed the space to maximise natural light and outlook, so perhaps this is what you were referring to. Regarding the cleaner entering the property, I apologise if this caused any concern. Check-out is at 10:00am, and during the busy school holiday period our linen supplier (not cleaner) dropped fresh linen to the outdoor storage area at approximately 9:40am to help ensure the property was ready for incoming guests. They did not enter the house itself, but I understand this may have felt intrusive and appreciate the feedback. In relation to bedding, all beds are provided with doonas, and there are also four additional blankets available at the property. It's possible these weren't easily located, and I would have been happy to assist had I known during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Gorgeous cabin - everything you need and more

Absolutely magnificent stay. Cabin is amazing. Well equipped with everything you could need - all the comforts of home. Outdoor deck is perfect for an afternoon drink and chill. Beach 10 minute walk and very handy with Woollies being a 3 minute walk away. We loved it and so did our dog! Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Amazing property in Byron

Beautiful cedar cabin in the heart of Byron bay

We had a lovely time staying at the cedar cabin! It definitely made us feel like we were on holidays, it brought everyone the same comfort as there own home!

Cedar Cabin 5 stars

This was our family's second stay at Cedar Cabin which is quiet and private despite being very close to the centre of town. The property is very well appointed and super comfortable. The host is great to deal with, and we can't wait to go back again.

Byron Chill

We stayed in this lovely house with 6 teens/adults (8 altogether). The house is in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk to Woolies and a pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach past all the shops. The house and caravan are super comfy - great mattresses, air con (in house, fan in caravan), lovely indoor and outdoor showers, huge deck with lots of seating. Kitchen is really well equipped. House is really stylish with some great design features. I thoroughly recommend this house - we can’t wait to come back! Thanks Sharmin, you were a great host! ❤️

Perfect Byron Home

The main cabin was perfect for our little family of 3 with our son sleeping above in his "cubby house" loft. The second cabin is perfect for another couple and we also included the caravan for a friend who stayed a few nights. The large deck was great for entertaining and backyard activities perfect for the kids to play. Overall styling of tasteful Mod bohemian with a 70s touch, is stunning yet still homely and functional. Communication with Sharmin was easy, she was very understanding to our needs and extremely helpful. It was very hard to leave this place, will definitely be back soon!
