The Lofty Perch. A two bedroom loft with magnificent views of the ocean.

Two bedroom loft with a three piece bathroom. Air conditioned open concept full kitchen, living room and dining room. Large comfy couch, 55" smart TV with NETFLIX, Spotify, Prime Video, etc... One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has 2 single beds. Loft has a spacious deck with ample outdoor living, equipped with BBQ and magnificent views of the ocean.

Staying here you will experience nature at its finest. Only 5 mins from Terra Nova Park, Canada's most easterly national park, where you can enjoy kayaking or boating from sheltered bays to breathtaking coastlines. Also explore the 11 beautiful hiking trails it has to offer.

After touring the many local sites, head back to the Lofty Perch and take in the night show. The waters become like glass as the spectacular sunsets dip below the horizon and the loons echo across the bay. As the night falls the brilliant starlit sky will light the way to a relaxing evening.

We had a lovely stay at the Lofty Perch. The location is spectacular and very convenient for those looking to hike in Terra Nova National Park or explore the Eastport peninsula. The loft itself is also great. Very clean and well appointed. We would happily stay again and offer a strong recommendation for anyone considering a stay.

A beautiful property within the most tranquil setting.The photos don't do it justice. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and departure with nothing been too much trouble.It felt like a proper home from home with remarkable attention to detail. It held everything you could think of.We knew it was out the way of main towns and chose it deliberately, so don't expect to walk down the road and find bars/restaurants. After a day exploring, the incredible view and comfort within were more than enough for us to enjoy.

We had an amazing time at the Lofty Perch this week. Our hosts greeted us to hand us the keys upon check-in. They responded immediately to any questions thoughout our stay but otherwise gave us complete privacy.The entire property was spotless and stocked with everything needed. The in-unit washer/dryer was convenient for us to do a load of laundry midway through our trip. Wifi worked great. The ocean view from the deck was amazing, and it was silent other than the occasional chirping birds.Checkout was also simple as can be, and we would definitely stay again if in the area. Just a great experience all around!

We were looking for a safe and private place for us to stay with our autistic son, and this property certainly delivered. Surrounded by beautiful trees and scenic views of hills and the water the property offered us quiet tranquility. The Lofty Perch is a great mix of modern and rustic with its large living area including an up to date kitchen with everything you'll need for a great dining experience, including a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and Keurig. There were cannisters of coffee K cups, sugar and sweeteners and tea bags as well good supply of dinnerware, cutlery, utensils and cookware. Also, no need to bring cases of bottled water with you as the tap water is from a well and was clean, clear, cold and tasty. There is also a mini split heat pump to provide heat or A/C.The property was extremely clean and well taken care of and it's also decorated very tastefully. The huge deck is a great place to BBQ and eat, socialize or just relax while enjoying the surrounding nature.Brian and Anna Mae were very welcoming to us and our son and were understanding of what we were looking for. They were friendly and great to talk to. Just overall great people and hosts. We would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful Stay!

It was the perfect vacation home, it has everything that you would need. The sunset view was gorgeous. It was the perfect place to stay close to Eastport and Salvage. Would love to be back!
