March 2024 There is a lot of building construction happening on the street and opposite this property. We apologise for any inconvenience with excess dust and noise, this is beyond our control. Please call and speak to staff if you have any concerns.

With beautiful sunset views from the deck, your own Jetty, making it easy to come and go on fishing adventures or just sunset cruises on the gulf. AND a swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing. The Sanctuary has it all.

When you enter this house, the wide hallway gives a spacious relaxed feel which is carried on throughout the house.

The 4 large bedrooms enter off the hallway, with 2 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds. The main bedroom has a full ensuite, and there is a family bathroom with a bath.

The hallway leads into the large open plan living area. With a fully equiped, modern kitchen, dining and lounge room overlooking the outside deck.

This is where most of the living happens. The outside undercover deck has a built in BBQ, outside dining area to enjoy the sunset views and overlooks the fully fenced swimming pool.

There is a pathway that leads to the jetty, which can moor up to a 15 metre boat.

You will want to come back again and again to spend your Exmouth getaways at The Sanctuary.

All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels have been provided. Please do not take these towels to the beach and ensure they are left at the property on your departure.

4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.

This property is self contained. No pets are allowed on this property.

Quiet location close to town. We loved having a pool and the convenience of keeping our boat at the dock. The house had everything we needed for a great stay!

Perfect location & all that you need

Fantastic house, great location.Communication with property manager was brilliant, we wanted to stay an extra day due to issues with our boat, the process was seamless and they got onto it straight away. Would definately stay again.

Great house in Exmouth

Lovely spacious property. Had a wonderful stay. Made full use of the pool. Beds were super comfortable with air con and fans in every room.

Nice stay on the marina

Property is in a good location on the marina. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Couple of minor maintenance issues which were reported and cleaning could do with a little more attention to detail but overall a nice place to stay.

House was spacious enough for our adult family and one small child with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Excellent location and we loved the outdoor area, great spot to sit in the afternoons with the deck overlooking the pool and view of the canals. A bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning but apart from this a great place to stay for a family.

Great location right on the canals with pool and outdoor entertaining to relax after a day out exploring. 2 min drive to town. Would definitely recommend

The Sanctuary

The name of the residence summed it up, a Sanctuary for a family holiday - nothing more needed.Small problem was dealt with quickly with minimum of fuss.Thankyou for hosting us, we enjoyed it immensely.

Lovely stay in house in Exmouth

We were a family of 6, with all adult children. The house was accurately listed - very spacious and worked really well for our adult family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. We really enjoyed the location - being on the canals, some of the family fished off the jetty and had some success. The back deck was great, with a large outside table setting and BBQ. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard. The house was really well stocked. Just a couple of minor maintenance things that would be good to attend to. The house was situated at the bottom of Exmouth, with only a short stroll to Whalebone Brewery and a couple of restaurants. Highly recommend

Wonderful location.

House was roomy and generally comfortable. Pool and fire pit were appreciated! Lots of biting midges, potentially in and around the furniture on the back deck. Fans in bedrooms were noisy.
