Loved this property! Perfect location for catching a show at the Bank of NH Pavillion easy walking path to the show. The Host had great communication & was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to a show at the pavilion. The furniture has been upgraded, there’s a new sleeper sofa which was comfortable. We locked ourselves out but there was a friendly maintenance man who was right there to help us, thank you Tim! The pool was great and the beach was wonderful.

Very close to the venue! Short little walking path from the parking lot. Access to the beach across the street. We enjoyed our stay. We did bring an air mattress to accommodate 4 adults. Convenient location!

This is THE perfect place to stay if you're attending shows at the Bank NH Pavilion!!!! We saw 3 different shows the week we were there and it's literally only a 3 minute walk through a concert path right from Misty Harbor. This unit is great because it's a corner unit, so more windows and light. We didn't use the sofa bed, but they could use a new one as it wasn't very comfortable to sit on, but it's the perfect style for the place (it's not the one in the photo, it's an updated one with a chaise lounge, which was awesome).Bed was comfortable; bathroom is large and the shower was great.The LOCATION is everything - literally a walk across to the beach (sunset was beautiful!); close to the Weirs; Mills Falls/Church Landing; and so many different things to do in the area - Mt. Washington Cruise, Squam Lake Cruise, Squam Lake Science Center, SHOPPING, lots of options for EATING. We will definitely be back. We're hoping for another week of shows next year as well :-).

Fire and Rain

We sayed the night after the James Taylor Concert at the Bank of NH Pavillion. It is so much fun to walk out the back door and down the wooded path right into the Pavillion.Condo was clean and comfortable.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could! We have stayed at Misty Harbor countless times and love the overall experience no matter which unit we stay in. This particular unit was more on the basic side, but we expected that as it was a good price. The pullout sofa didn’t work well for two kids, would have been better if it were a traditional mattress inside. We loved the balcony location and the entrance was convenient with only two steps to get to the door.

Concert perfect!

Rented this place for a concert at Bank of Nee Hampshire pavilion. It was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 pre-teens)! We parked in the designated parking area for the rental and then walked on the footpath to the venue. I had no idea it was so close. The condo was the right size, comfortable and clean. Super close to area attractions, restaurants and stores. Very pleased and will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Concert Perfect!

We were pleasantly surprised when we realized that the Bank of NH Pavilion venue was literally in the backyard!! 4 of us (2 adults and 2 preteens) booked this condo for a concert and a weekend of local adventures. It was perfect! Beds were comfortable, condo was clean, close to everything! Note: indoor pool and hot tub building was torn down so we weren’t able to use that and no cable so if tv is on the agenda bring movies or do like we did and go to Redbox up the street to grab one. Great place! Highly recommend and will keep in mind for next stay.

Good for a quick weekend, not for a full week

The location of the property was excellent with easy beach and pool access. It was nicely decorated and had a lot of lake themed knick-knacks. However, it was very small, lacked in some basic amenities, and wasn't ideal for a week-long stay with a family of 4. The main issue we had throughout our stay was the bedding. The description of "sleeps 4" was misleading - the sofa was different than what was pictured on vrbo and was not a full pull-out sleeper sofa - it was basically just a couch that could fit one full sized adult or maybe 2 kids under 6 if they slept sideways. A part of it pulled out to make it a "sleeper sofa", but there was no way to put sheets on it as it was not a real bed with a mattress. It worked OK for our teen, but wouldn't be great for an adult (uncomfortable), and definitely wasn't fitting 2 fully grown teens or adults. Fortunately, we brought an extra blow-up bed which our other teen slept on, but the extra bed made the condo very cramped. The main queen bed was very bouncy, and felt like a waterbed when anyone moved. By the end of the week we were so excited to get home and sleep in our own beds! The condo also smelled of smoke when we arrived and the smell had soaked into the carpet and towels in the bathroom. It still smelled bad even after a week of airing the place out and using a massive amount of fabreze. The extra bedding provided for the sleeper sofa also smelled HORRIBLE - like stinky cheese - and we could not use it. It clearly hadn't been washed in a very long time. I highly recommend bringing your own linens, blankets, pillows and towels. In addition to linens, I'd recommend bringing some other basic amenities. Our condo didn't have any tissues, salt & pepper, kitchen sponges, or extra hand soap for the bathroom (which ran out on day 2). The dishes in the cabinets were also all pretty dirty so bring paper plates unless you plan to wash everything first. The kitchen also lacks storage space for any food you might bring - a lot of the cabinets are locked. We ended up having to put all our food on the kitchen island which made it really hard to use the microwave or sit at the counter to eat. One final note is that wifi is very limited throughout Misty Harbor and was not accessible at all in this unit. We had incredibly limited data there too so the internet was really slow. Overall, we picked this place for it's location which was great. It would have probably been OK for a shorter stay, or maybe with a much smaller family, but it didn't work well for us.

The homeowner would like to share the following: - We're very sorry to hear that your family wasn't completely comfortable. We did get a new couch for the unit and it pulls out into a full queen-sized bed. We wish you would have reached out as we would have been more than happy to show you how to open it up correctly. - Smoking is not allowed in our unit and we apologize if the previous guests smoked and impacted your stay. - We would have been happy to replace the linens that smelled had you reached out. - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. Perfect for a Moms weekend!

This was the perfect spot for my girlfriends and I to sneak away kid and husband free for a long weekend! The resort has tons of amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, which was great since Hurricane Elsa blew through during our stay! The private beach was awesome and all the owners were so welcoming! The local area has tons of great spots to eat and breweries to visit! We will absolutely be back!

The property is like brand new. Meticulously kept. All linens were high end, bed was very comfortable slept great. Very clean. Highly recommend and will be coming back on future vacations.
