I do not provide bed linens, towels, blankets, or personal hygiene items.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, water purifier, pots, pans, plates, glasses, pressure cooker, sandwich maker, blender, cooler for the beach, etc.

Check-in time can be brought forward, when possible, depending on calendar availability.

From the apartment balcony, you can see the New Year's Eve fireworks display, which takes place over the sea, in front of the La Plage Shopping Mall.

For every reservation, a CONTRACT is drawn up with the guest, as per condominium regulations, in order to gain access to the condominium.

The guest count is done by the caretaker or owner when the apartment keys are handed over, in the building itself.

Guests should bring their own bedding, blankets, and towels.
