A Week in Punta Cana

We had a great time in Punta Cana. Weather was great, the beach was beautiful and most things were in walking distance.

A Great Experience

BEST company ever!

Folks - THIS is the company you want to work with in Punta Cana! They were SO great - anything at all we needed they were right there. Needed tutorials on a/c system, tech. showed up in 15 minutes. Needed help with hot water, tech. was there and fixed it in 15 minutes. Wonderful wonderful company - we will work with them for every trip to Punta Cana! Highly recommend them!

Great space.. extremely large and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Top notch. From the ride to and from the airport to guest services. Security was great. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view. Great pool. We had an employee from the bar next door deliver drinks while we were in the pool. Great restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Citrus Grill and for a short uber check out Noah. You can take many excursions from the beach. Everyone has a hustle but respects your space. Just remember they are trying to make a living so be respectful... and always negotiate.

Best condo in Bavaro

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location is absolutely perfect. When you sit on the balcony, you have a direct view of the ocean and it is windy enough that you do need to run the air condition. In the master bedroom, you can ear the sea which is very soothing. With regards to buying food and other necessities; if you eat at the condo, the BAM market is totally useless. The supermarket Ciccolella is the only option you have if you are walking and otherwise, you have to take a taxi to go to the Super Lama or the Jumbo but it cost 10 to 15$US each way. The cookware, utensils and wine glasses are quite basic and limited. We did not use the air conditioning and electricity cost was only 20$US per week. If you need the air conditioning, you can set it individually for each room as you need it. Of course, since we kept the doors and windows opened, you do get some bug bites but manageable.

Thank you so much for the review. •All NEW daily and weekly rentals (27 nights or less) - Electricity Is Included in the Rental Price. *ALL Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges. We have insects in Dominican Republic (mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches and bugs). You also will see occasionally frogs and geckos in Dominican Republic around the vegetation everywhere. The insects/bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside. We do pest control and spray the interior and exterior regularly. As long as you keep all the doors/windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get in. Home Away From Home

The condo was big, beautiful and clean. It was better than the original VRBO add and the 2 of us couldn’t believe the spaciousness. The view was spectacular and the weather superb. The security guards were more than courteous. We got a laugh every time we came and went for walks. We missed having a bathtub but it wasn’t a deal breaker. When leaving the grounds, the surroundings were not as favourable with all the construction and smells of the neighbourhood.. However, the condo was close to restaurants and mini markets and the locals were so friendly and helpful. It was easy to forgive the rest. This was the first time we rented a condo. Perfect getaway in the heart of Bavaro

This was a great birthday for me. Although the check in process was irritating (a mistake on my part), it was easy. The streets are very narrow leading to the condominium, and the road right in front was very rough and rocky. Other than that, I loved it. The actual facility is clean and perfectly situated ON THE BEACH! Thank you for helping & being patient with me upon arrival. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks. I may even consider real estate!

It was nice

We had a great time. The property was nice as one would hope for. Pretty quiet the first part of the week. Loud the second with people above us. We did have an issue with the AC on the 3rd night and they got it fixed within 24 hrs which was good Consider bringing a few trash bags with you. There’s not much of an Uber presence but we managed to get our drivers phone number so we texted him for a ride and he would come pick us up. Driving in the first night I was a bit concerned but never did we feel unsafe walking arou

20yr Anniversary Trip

My wife and I were very satisfied with the unit. I was very clean and well appointed. The location was awesome, just steps away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Enjoying the view from the balcony while enjoying my morning coffee and the walks on the beach were the highlights of the trip. We had a great time!!
