This 3 bedroom house is set up with all you need for a great stay at lovely Myponga Beach with RCAC , TV's x 2 , DVD , VHS X2 , Microwave , BBQ and Outdoor furniture under a covered area, beach access metres . What more do you need but to unpack your bags and put the feet up .

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and quilt covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Myponga Beach Shack

We really enjoyed our stay in this simple, comfortable, well-supplied beach shack. No sea view, but only 60m to the beach. Perfect for a family holiday!

Classic holiday shack

A simple, comfortable holiday shack. Perfect for our four-generational family holiday. No wifi, so perfect for a restful break. Not beachfront, but very close. It was lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Suitable for people who enjoy a quiet, slow pace. No shops.

Difficult to find the entrance!

Finding the entrance to the property was very difficult as the front gate was not opening and nobody even mentioned previously or put a note in front that the entrance is from back side. Wasted lots of time there. The property is very very old and had issues with water supply. Nothing was clear to us when we get in, the we read notes on the fridge regarding water switch and that the front gate is blocked. How can someone know that the gate is blocked on their first arrival if you stick that note inside the property??? The front gate area was stinking a lot. The fire alarm started making noise suddenly early morning around 4:30 am when everyone were sleeping and then automatically turned off in 4-8 minutes and ruined everyone’s sleep. There was no smoke there and it was malfunctioning. This happened several times actually. The only thing we all like was the area nearby. The beach was great but the property was horrible, considering the price they charged for 2 nights.

This property is a shacky shack and we loved it! The beautiful Myponga beach is just across the road, you can see the water from the windows as hear the waves at night. The kids spent most of the time outdoor exploring the beach and creek areas, making a dam and kayaking.The shack has a lot of charm with its hodge podge of miss matched furniture, crockery etc. We had a go of the “world’s most difficult puzzle” but only managed to complete the edges. Plenty of room for the whole family. 2 large fridges kept us stocked up for our stay- there are no shops at the small community. The only hiccup was that we were initially given the incorrect code for the lockbox. Fortunately we arrived during business hours and were able to phone the agent who provided the correct code. Instructions for turning on the water system were on the fridge. As the water is only supplied by rain water tanks, the owners request water use is kept to a minimum.

Perfect Holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had no issues with the standard of this humble accommodation and my stay was very pleasant. Nothing better than being within walking distance of the seaside and always hearing the waves as background noise.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed exploring the area with walks on the beach and around resivour Unfortunately the house has a strong “damp smell” otherwise it was great
