Accommodated our family of 16 from the ages of 1 up to 101. Close enough to the beach to get her out there. However the beach rentals that come with the property are not very close to the closest beach access. There is parking nearby if needed. We also could not find the lights to the pool. Like others mentioned not a lot of amenities in the kitchen but we were still able to get through. Overall great stay.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate…a tropical storm will do that! We made the best of it enjoying the pool when we couldn’t go to the beach. It was fun just to spend time together on the balconies, cooking on the grill and playing games. We made some wonderful memories with all ages. The rooms were plentiful! The bunk beds being queen size made all the difference in the world. Nice idea! We would sit out on the balcony facing the street. People would drive by and walk by waving. SO fun! We would gladly do this again in a heartbeat!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach. One of the biggest highlights was the outstanding communication with the host. They were consistently responsive, helpful, and quick to address our questions or concerns. There were two areas that kept this from being a five-star experience.Cleanliness: We arrived the week after a hurricane, and it seemed the property may not have been thoroughly inspected or cleaned beforehand. The floors felt dirty and could have used a good mopping. Some outdoor cabinets were also damaged, likely from the storm. While the damage didn’t affect our stay, it added to the impression that the property hadn’t been checked before our arrival.Pool: Upon arrival, the pool contained a significant amount of leaves and debris. We contacted maintenance, and they had it cleaned within 24 hours, which we appreciated. Additionally, pool heating required 72 hours’ advance notice, but we only received that information approximately 72 hours before check-in. I’d recommend making heating the default during cooler months, with an option to decline.Despite these issues, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the host’s excellent service. With a little more attention to arrival preparation, this would easily be a five-star stay!
