The condo is beautiful and there is lots of space! We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. That part of Ormond is so beautiful and you don’t have to deal with the crowds.

The penthouse apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable and clean. Each bedroom has a view of the ocean and comfortable beds. We love the location as it is quiet and more residential . There is a small park next door and public access to the beach with a lifeguard, but, even though our stay was over Labor Day weekend, the beach was sparsely populated. After the Holiday weekend, we mostly had the beach to ourselves! Exactly what we were looking for: quiet, peaceful and relaxing, Not sure how they managed this, but we even had 90 degree weather and bright sunny skies every day!!

Not only was the condo spotlessly clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with high quality pots, pans, and dishes. The nicest condo we have stayed in on Ormond beach. Will definitely bookmark this rental for our yearly vacation.

Great family location

We had 3 families stay in the condo and had a wonderful time. Easy access to the pool and beach and especially liked that all of our beach equipment (chairs, canopy, etc.) could be stored in the garage on the bottom floor so we did not have to lug them from room.
