Loved the beach house!! Everything in listing was accurate and we LOVED everything. Was perfect space for our fam of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). We did find there were some beach amenities so that was a huge plus as well-especially the wagon.

We love siesta key and this condo had everything we needed. The views from top balcony were amazing. The place is within walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again in the nere future

The location and the kitchen and bath updates were great. Several new beach chairs were nice and beach wagon was a great help. As mentioned by others, the kitchen has an ant issue which we reported, but forced us to put nearly everything in the refrigerator. It would have been nice if a propane bottle for the grill was included and not an extra cost but not a deal breaker. Assuming the ant issue is dealt with, we'd return.

Nice Beach view. Had to walk a ways, through swamp water. It would be nice if a walkway was to the beach.

Wonderful location beachfront on main beach road. Great space, only issue may be for some is the stairs- the garage is not accessible to renters so to reach the front door you tread a wooden stairway. This was no issue for me or the teens but my 75 yo mom had to take her time. Other that that, view great, comfortable beds, cheery feel. It's a duplex & our neighbors were great. 2 parking spaces for each side. They have towels, both beach & bath, and they were plenty for us. Stacked washer and dryer was accessible on 2nd floor and worked well. Dishwasher worked well. They provide a vacuum and broom which is necessary for the sand! UberEats delivered both food & groceries (liquor/beer). 1st time in Siesta Key and we are going back & rent this wonderful home. Perfect place for low key family vacation without the touristy distractions.

Fall Beach Vacation

The townhouse was spacious for our party of 10! Very clean! Even though it was a short walk to the beach the views from the house were beautiful!!!

Would come back

Pretty great property...Be aware...you will need to bring your own Toilet Paper, paper towels, they have some on property, but not enough last you a week. Also need to stager showers...has a pretty small hot water heater.

Location! Location! Location!

Perfect location with our own private trail directly to the beach! Less than a mile walk to the village. The three levels of the home were perfect for our large family—each with a full bathroom and balcony. Amazing sunsets!! Can’t wait to come back!!

After Helene and Milton

The location of the property is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. The house was very clean. The Livngarea furnishings are a bit old and there aren't enough dishes for 6-8 people, but that didn't affect our stay. It's only a few minutes' drive to the center and there are plenty of restaurants open. We'd love to come back

Spectacular Views!

This house was everything we were looking for!! The home gave us plenty of space to spread out , and big enough areas to come together. The house was clean the views were gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The grill was CLEAN! Everything worked properly during our stay. Would definitely recommend this to friends ! And might just book it again when I’m back in town!!

Nice

Lots of good things- Great location, huge house with lots of room, close to beach. Downside -millions of tiny ants absolutely everywhere especially on counters near sink, bedside tables, and even in beds.

Great location. Right on the beach.

Property manager came and looked in our trash bins and I think the cleaning person? If they want people to do more recycling they need to provide another trash bin in the house. Overall a good place!

The waste company will unfortunately refuse to pickup recycling containers that obtain trash, so our staff must go through the bins to ensure that trash doesn't end up in them accidentally, or our owners can receive a fine. It is amazing place to spend time with family, it feels for us like when we used to go grandma’s house on summer, specially because she lived by the beach. We had a good time.. we found a broken chair but we reported and they answer the email very quick. We recommend this place for family with kids who needs kitchen to prepare their meals, they have everything you need in a kitchen…

You can't beat this location. Right on the beach. Lots of room and beds appropriately listed. Don't expect weekend help with questions or service. The management office is closed weekends and holidays. Loved the place and would definitely come back again.

Great beach house

No frills or thrills with the house. But perfect for a beach vacation. Not many cooking utensils in the kitchen. 200 yard walk from house to ocean. One of best beaches in the world with white powdery sand. 10 minute walk to town

Siesta Key vacation.

Good location with easy beach access. The property needs updating. Beds are poor. Furniture needs to be replaced. Some pots and pans were dirty. Plenty of room for our group of 7 but I expected more for the price. I've never had to pay for gas grill propane before.

House was spacious however needs updated. Couches were torn, had covers on them. Dining room table was sticky and covered with a table cloth, table could not be used without it. Broken tiles on second floor bathroom. Garage had to be swept before we could park in it. Trash overflowing from outside can upon arrival. Path from house to beach was not ideal due to spots full of water and mud. Approx 15 min walk to village.
