Please note the following:
1. The property is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
2. The TV does not have normal television channels but is a Smart TV with TV on Demand, Netflix, Neon, etc (you will need your own account to log into subscriber services).
3. The second set of single bunks is located in an open plan area between the two downstairs bedrooms.
4. The driveway is quite steep and only suitable for confident drivers.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
