Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Awesome experience!

We had a wonderful one-month stay at this BCA in Atlanta midtown.The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a long stay. The location was convenient, and the place felt like a home away from home. The host was helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. It boiled down to 1 thing. True the neighborhood is quiet but the noise from the Amtrak and the freight trains plus I-75/I-85 traffic and the ambulance sirens going to "the hospital nearby was unbearable. Train whistles 24/7 led to sleep deprivation. Two pillows on my head were required.

Excellent!

The apartment is well designed, but please repair the concrete near the door Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know about the crack in the concrete. Luckily, we know that the crack is not doing any damage to the building nor preventing anyone from using the steps. We do want the outside of the building to match our well-designed interiors and our maintenance team is working on a resolution.

Washer didn't work when needed it, had to handwash everything. Can't contact people after 5pm. Also ironing board was broken. Saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Team BCA response: Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The washer issue was caused by the water supply being turned off, and it was restored the following morning when we were notified. We also provide a 24-hour contact number for any after-hours concerns so our team can assist as quickly as possible. Our team is currently addressing the ironing board and the pest sighting. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of midtown.

Spacious, well stocked apartment in midtown. Kitchen had cooking essentials I needed for a month long stay. Furnishings were comfortable and appropriate. Steps away from Peachtree and easy access to many restaurants. A couple moments away from highway. Team BCA Response: Thank you for staying with us. It looks like you really got to experience Atlanta and the surrounding area. We hope you enjoyed all your trail hikes and bike rides. We look forward to seeing you next time you are in Atlanta for work.

There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.
