Located in the heart of Mammoth, Mammoth Estates offers the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility, just a short walk to The Village, yet tucked away in a peaceful forest setting. This remodeled upstairs 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo overlooks the pool, forest and gondola, providing scenic mountain views. Featuring wood and slate flooring, granite countertops and a cozy gas fireplace, this home offers a warm and comfortable retreat. The dining area seats six comfortably and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests, with a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two sets of twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, perfect for families. Non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo offers an ideal year-round getaway in one of the best locations in town. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and the slopes while still tucked away from the crowds. A convenient shuttle stop located across the street makes getting around town effortless. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or in the summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor adventures, this home is the perfect base for your Mammoth stay. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, as well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Wonderful Stay In Mammoth

The property was as described and the short walk to the gondola and the village was really great. It was clean and had everything we needed. We did not have a shovel to get our car out but one was delivered to us within 30 minutes of calling. The only minor nit picky items of note were that the heating was a bit complicated to figure out and the kitchenware was a bit beat up.

The cost does not match the value of this property

Bed sheets and blankets were dirty. Literally chest or pubic hairs on master bed sheets. Tv and DVD player did not work. My husband luckily rigged his computer so my kids could relax and watch a movie after a long day of skiing and playing. Heater in kids bunk room did not work. We had to leave the living room heater on and keep doors open. Not a single dresser or piece of furniture to put any clothes in (or on) and no luggage holder so the family’s stuff was just left in suitcases and piles of dirty clothes on the floor. Master bed was creaky and incredibly uncomfortable for two adults. Please note this is my second negative review EVER.

What’s up with the holes in the bathroom ceiling?!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property Management has compensated us for our experience and says they will make repairs, however we were told at check-in time that the primary bedroom had a roof leak and the carpet is wet. It had a strong musty smell which tells me it was wet for a few days. I did not see any signs of a roof leak on the ceiling. We got locked out of our unit on our last night, so they provided a secondary code to get in - luckily our friends were also staying there so we hung out in their condo until this was rectified. *There are 2 holes in the bathroom! One hole over the shower and one over the toilet/sink!!! We used tape and paper to cover them. Yes, I feel violated! There is a loft above it, so quite possibly there is camera equipment up there - Prop. Mgmt. Says there is not, however there is a lock on the access door, so I am certain they don’t really know. They said they will repair it.

Major complaint was the lack of a shovel. We got a heavy snow and I needed to use my boots and hands to clear the 2 foot wall of snow created by the plow (to get my car out).

Condo Size

found that the master bedroom with queen was extremely small including the attached bathroom. No views of the mountains and small deck

Hi Chris, Thanks for the feedback. This condo certainly has a queen in the master not sure how it could size different than the standard queen. This is a 900sqft unit and remodeled. It has a great view of the pool and can't beat the walking distance to and from The Village from this unit. All the best- MER Team
