Denne enhed har et soveværelse med en king size seng og et badeværelse med brusebad. Only negatives were the air conditioning unit that let in a significant amount of freezing cold air. We managed to block it with a blanket and extra pillows (VERY windy night 3/1/25) and couldn't find any hot pads for pulling hot tray out of toaster oven.

114 Water St Inn

Reviewer Comments: nice unit/furnishings/location. the weather was cold, snowy & very windy during our stay. that's to be expected in N. michigan in March, however our issue was that the thru-wall A/C unit was not weather sealed. with the wind blowing like it was, it seemed as if there was a window open. also, couldn't get the temperature above 67 degrees, regardless of the T-stat setting. unsure if the system wasn't working properly, or, if there is a T-stat controlling the entire building and the T-stat in our unit was not functional. overall, it made for a chilly weekend.

Our condo 114 was very clean, updated and well appointed with all we needed to stay for 4 days. Lots of dishes, glassware and pans. There was a supply of spices.
