This fully renovated Mountain Modern condo is just a 5-minute walk from the Snowflake Lift and a short stroll to town, combining contemporary design with mountain comfort. Inside, the open-concept living area is warmed by a cozy fireplace and boasts stylish furnishings, making it the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure.

Prepare delicious meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, an induction range, convection microwave, and a Weber grill on the rear patio. Gather around the dining table that seats six for memorable family meals or step outside to the private patio to savor the crisp mountain air.

The master bedroom features a luxurious Sleep Number king bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the second bedroom offers full-size bunks ideal for the kids. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations, and a convenient work nook with a desk and office chair is perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

Wonderful place!

We spent a few days in Breckenridge and really enjoyed our stay here. It was very neat, clean, and cozy to relax in after being out and about for the day.

Fantastic ski lodging

Our family of four (two of whom are teens) loved this property. Easy lift access, convenient location, well appointed kitchen. It had everything we needed and made our time enjoyable. We’d come back!

Great for skiing!

This was our second time staying in this complex. Great location with a short walk to the snowflake lift or into downtown for restaurants. The property was great, too, just as described. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo close to slopes

We enjoyed the clean, beautiful condo and it’s proximity to the spa and Snowflake chair lift. The condo had everything we needed and it was all in excellent condition. We also enjoyed the short 10-15 minute walk to Main Street. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

Great Property in a great spot

Property was exactly as advertised. Very well maintained and close to everything in town. We will look up this property again next time we are in town. Bathrooms and bedrooms were both nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice. Very thin walls. You could hear others in the same rental easily. Clean. Needed to update book on codes but was very quick to answer a text each time when I had a few questions. States ski in ski out but really isn’t. Prob a 1/4 mile walk to nearest lift.

Awesome property and location

We stayed for 5 nights during our Christmas vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We have two boys 9 and 6 and we loved being so close to everything in town. The condo was perfect for us to relax after long days of skiing and sledding with the kids. I would highly recommend the Los Pinos condos.

Family vacation

The condo was what we expected. Overall it was clean. However the dishwasher is in need of a cleaning. The location is great. It easily accommodated our young family of 5.

Very nice place!

Excellent property! Great location! Everything was clean except the outdoor grill, and the dishwasher had a bad smell, so my wife cleaned up some of the mold inside the dishwasher, so we still didn’t use it, washed everything by hand. Other than that, very nice place!

Everything you could need for your stay

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in 3 other nearby units (including another one in Los Pinos) and this was the nicest by far. My wife and I especially appreciated the Sleep Number bed. So comfy. Per usual, we can’t wait to go back to Nreck, and hope that this unit will be available.

Just as Promised, and Then Some!

The property was just as described! In addition, we appreciated the thorough snow removal, the dedicated parking for 2 (1 in a spacious garage), the very good quality, new appliances, and the ease of ski in/out! A couple of minor suggestions: add measuring cups and spoons to the kitchen, invest in some better knives, and add a nightlight to the master bathroom. Excellent stay! Would stay again!

Ski in Breck

My wife and I took our 2 teenage boys for their first time skiing the mountains of Colorado. This unit was warm and inviting. The garage is heated and big enough for your car and has a ski rack to store your gear. It’s a short walk to the snowflake lift. Just a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Plenty of space for your family and has everything you need.

Perfect Stay

This condo was the perfect little unit for my group of 4. We each had comfortable beds and 2 full baths fully stocked with toiletries and towels. The kitchen had very up to date appliances, which made cooking and cleaning nice! We parked right out front of our door and were able to walk to TWO different ski lifts, so we didn't have to worry about parking to go up the slopes! The heater kept us warm and the hot water was nice to freshen up after skiing. Overall, a perfect and great stay. Would definitely return to this unit in the future.

Great location but dark and a little dingy

Loved the location and the sleep number bed in the primary. The unit however is very dark and a little dingy. A few things not working (faucet, appliances), cheap and uncomfortable couch, and overall a little dingy and in need of a good deep clean and new carpet. Love this location but wouldn't seek out staying here again.

Excellent stay

The condo was just as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for the four of us. The location is close to downtown Breckenridge (5 minute drive, 15 minute walk). The garage was an added convenience, though it was a tight fit for our rental SUV, it worked fine. Being coffee lovers, we particularly liked having both a single-serve Keurig and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. The property manager was responsive, and was even able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. Wish we could have stayed longer and used the hot tubs and pool.

Breckenridge Breakaway

Breckenridge does not disappoint! This condo was set up for the perfect getaway! Having a full double bunk bed (top & bottom) is Nothing short of Genius! Good Feature! Kitchen fully equipped and spacious for our family of 4 Adults and 2 kids! No Regrets! Proximity to town and a reservoir within walking distance in either direction worked out well, even though parking in town or @ the reservoir was available! Just saying there is a coffee pot, there is a Keurig & I really believe having coffee available for at least the first day is not toooo much to ask for as the rental fees could easily address $10. Cost!
