Worth the money

It was for sure worth the money. We liked the location. They listed a gym and other things in the add that you do not have access to unless you stay at Tops’l.

Excellent Stay!

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Bottom floor was best for us. Swimming pool was less than a minute from the back balcony! Beach was about 5 minute walk.

The cleanest CONDO I HAVE EVER stayed in!!

This Condo was so nice, up to date, even had a pull wagon/ chair to go on beach!!!! I am definitely ready to go back to stay in SUMMIT #105!!

We just love the Tops'l resort area. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the pool and hot tub we literally like 4 units down the sidewalk from us. The beach was a very close walk also and if that is an issue they ran a free tram service from all of the properties right up to the beach ramp access. Can't get much better than that. The condo was clean and kitchen was great for us to cook our own meals and feed 6 people easily from. There's pickleball, a workout fitness area, and putt putt golf course around the pickleball courts. The beach chair/umbrella setup was definitely nice. We loved the facility and felt safe there as well with the guard shack monitoring who comes in and out 24 hours a day.

What a lovely weekend!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, yet very comfortable rental. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The location in the building put us very close to the pool and grill area. The walk to the beach is paved and easy to follow, but there is also a tram if needed. The weather was perfect for our quick get away! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is our 2nd time staying at Tops’l. The location of this unit being on the first floor was great. While it did not have a view, we were able to walk right to the pool and didn’t have to wait for elevators. The condo was quiet and we did not have pool noise or noise above. It took us about 7 minutes to walk to the beach.Communication was great. We did have some small issues upon arrival but there was a maintenance worker there within 30 minutes.Cons: the furniture and decor could use some upgrades and the 2nd bedroom was VERY stuffy (they had an extra fan which was nice.) The pros definitely outweigh the cons and we would stay here again.

Just ok....

Blinds did not go all the way down in the master bedroom, some were broken. Unit just looked very old/not kept up. Beds were not comfortable. We did enjoy the restaurant and the Tiki Bar.

Awesome

I had a wonderful three-night stay at the Summit Resort. The condo was clean, spacious, and conveniently located on the first floor, which made unloading groceries and luggage much easier, especially with the help of the provided luggage carts. One of the highlights was the trolley service to the beach, which was a very convenient option. We brought our wagon to transport beach items, which worked out well. The condo included a beach umbrella and chairs, which we appreciated, but I would recommend investing in a few more chairs and a larger or additional umbrella. The one provided was a bit small, and while we rented one from the beach, the rental stand wasn’t always open, depending on the time of day. We didn’t use the wagon on the balcony since it was being used to store chairs and beach toys, but that setup worked fine for us. Overall, the condo was excellent, and I would rent it again. Just a few small upgrades would make the beach experience even better!

Tops'l is a top ranked Beach and Tennis resort https://www.tennisresortsonline.com/trofiles/topsl-beach-and-racquet-resort.cfm Tops'l offers a full compliment of entertainment for all ages from, heated pools, beach front pool with a beach bar, miniature golf, pitching green for the golfers and their kids, Golf Courses next door. Wildlife everywhere from the local deer that come around daily to Bald Eagles in the https://www.floridastateparks.org/parks-and-trails/topsail-hill-preserve-state-park within minutes of Tops'l via a beautiful walk on the beach, Pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and too much more to list. Amazing Condo, Amazing Stay and Amazing Community with more great restaurants and entertainment than you could ever take in on a vacation and plenty within walking distance. Spring break

It’s always nice to get away for spring break. But when you’re told that there will be a blow dryer and there is not. Then you realize you only have 2 minutes of warm water before it becomes room temperature. So you call the manager to tell them about the problems. And never get a call back. Very disappointing. The beds are also due for replacement as they are very lumpy and make for less than restful sleep. Just food for thought. Otherwise, great area and easy to get around.

Winter get away

This was our first time as snowbirds for an extended period of time. The booking process was flawless and communications with the hosts exceeded expectations. Checkin process was very easy and security at the site was fantastic. There were a few minor issues when we first got into the unit(alarm in the next unit and smoke alarm in the master). Everything was handled quickly and courteously by the owners, maintenance and security. The location of the unit was perfect for us. Quick walk to the heated pool, which was used almost daily. The walk to the beach was extremely easy and my husband took full advantage of the fitness center. We did pay additional for the fitness center but the charge was minimal and well worth it. The beach was absolutely fantastic and we took many walks and relaxing lounging with our toes in the water. The condo itself was very comfortable and we appreciated the washer, dryer and well appointed kitchen. We will definitely be looking at this location with these hosts in the future.
