Sandy Shores 207 Side Unit on the Beach

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is recently updated with all the comforts of home and offers scenic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This Unit has Flat screen TV's in all rooms and has a nicely equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. The master bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo.

Coin operated laundry is available on each floor.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation.

There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

The property was great for what we needed. It was perfect for on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. It could use some repairs and updates but it worked for our needs.

Condo was decent for the price. Previous reviews are fairly accurate. Pillows are bad. Bed is okay. Floors very dirty. Hallway was dirty and needed painted. Kitchen adequately stocked. One evening the door code stopped working but called the number given by VRBO and he changed the code remotely. That was nice and efficient.

Just got back from a fun stay in this condo. It was the perfect set up for a quick trip for a group of high school friends turning 50 this summer. Great condo that was clean and comfortable. The pool has plenty of chairs to enjoy the sun and watch the ocean. The location is close to everything you need. Communicate with management was prompt for any questions. Will gladly stay here again when we visit this area again.

I've never left less than a 5 star review in all my years of using vrbo......but the overall effort on this unit clearly shows that they could care less about the people who are staying there. Its a very dated place and im 100% fine with that. However, the cleaning efforts are bad. The dirt in the beds, towels full of hair, filthy dishes, mounds of disgusting dust and stuff all over the ceiling are inexcusable. On top of all that, the dishwasher will fall over as you're loading up and if you dont have it placed correctly, the door wont close because its incorrectly installed, the frige is missing two comlete shelves and is leveled out with random pieces of cardboard boxes under one corner......also the pool gate is horrible and sometimes impossible to get in. It got us through the week....after we cleaning up the place when we first arrived. All and all, I think there's better locations on the beach for the money.

Perfect location.

Great location, clean with plenty of parking. Pool area leads right to the beach, steps from Johns pass plenty of restaurants near by no need to drive.

We stayed for the night! It was clean, and super close to the beach. Also the communication was great through email! There also a lot of great food choices walkable distance. The pool was super clean as well! Amazing property and stay!

Pros- Great location! Beach area was not too crowded and could easily walk across the street to John's pass. Cons- Floors in condo were so dirty when we arrived that I called to ask for a broom and dust pan so I could clean them myself and had to leave a voicemail. Instead of calling me back or having any care whatsoever about how bad it was, I woke up the next morning to a broom and dust pan outside the front door. No response at all from management or the host/owner. Basically, they don't care- read the other reviews! Also noticed all of the good reviews are stacked but they are mostly from 2-3 years ago- the newer ones all say the same thing.Beds were super uncomfortable and the couch was disgusting- probably from all the black feet that had been on it from the dirty floors. Huge clumps of hair in the patio door track and stuck to the kitchen floor mat. The second room is off the covered hallway outside and it is so loud with everyone walking through there talking, running and kids screaming. I would stay in this area again but not at this condo.

Nice location!

We were right across the street from John' Pass, so restaurant and shops were directly across the street. The pool was nice and clean, and the beach was too. We saw beautiful sunsets, and the manatees showed up which was super cool to see! This location is close to Treasure Island, St. Pete, Clearwater Beach, as well as Downtown St. Petersburg, which has a great pier/park area.

Girls Trip

One of the best trips ever taken! The condo was great with an amazing pool area. Bouns there were chairs and an umbrella in the closet. Walk right out to the beach and an comfy balcony we spent a lot of time out there. Nice, quiet and peaceful... sand could be an issue though as it was slippery on the floor

Unfortunately the condo fell short of our expectations, one trash bag for our family of 6 for 4 days. Kitchen was meager. Miss matching pots, pans and utensils. Could use a deeper clean. Good hot water though, good peek a boo view. Laundry onsite was convenient. Overall we would stay again.

A little slice of heaven

The condo was perfect. Just as pictured. We are a family of four with 2 kiddos under 5. They loved their room and the beds were super comfortable. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The only thing additional we could have asked for were beach towels but we purchased our own while in town at Walmart for 5 each. The beach was beautiful with stunning blue water. We enjoyed the pool as well. The location could not be better with John’s pass just across the street. We wouldn’t definitely stay again.
