What an incredible spot! After exploring the entire island and looking at multiple accommodations, hands down, this was an excellent choice to stay and we will be back! The condo had everything we needed as far as dishes and supplies. The view was absolutely stunning, especially when watching the sunset while eating dinner!

Absolutely stunning view makes this property extremely special. Great location - you have a buggy anyway which makes getting around easy. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment.

Great property however let down on a couple of issues

The property itself is amazing as is the view, location, pool, and buggy. Concierge pickup was helpful, although we needed to wait an extra 30 minutes more than necessary due to picking up and dropping off another group. When we arrived the room wasn't ready and we were told we would get a text but the text never came. Kitchen is well equipped but the dishwasher wasn't great. Dinner plates didn't fit and all had to be handwashed. There were no cups or glasses that children could reach. The toaster and coffee machine are excellent quality. There was tea and a few coffee capsules but it appeared just what was left from the people before. The TV's are all modern smart TV's with all apps (need to sign in with our accounts). The most significant issue was that there was a scheduled water outage for maintenance on our first night from 2am to 6am. We were not communicated about this at all before the outage and as I wake early I had no water when I woke up. If we knew about it we could have prepared a few water bottles and filled the kettle etc. Worse than that, the outage stretched out until 10.30am so we had no water for about 5 hours. No water to drink, make tea, shower, brush teeth, or flush the toilet. There was a further outage later in the day. At the price paid for the accomodation, letting us know about the outage in advance should be a baseline expectation. But realistically supplying a few bottles of water would have been the courteous thing to do.

Very smooth process & very enjoyable stay. Marina is just down the hill which is very practical. Very relaxing place and a view to die for!

Family winter getaway

Our family (including 2 boys aged 4 & 6) had a fabulous time. House was beautiful and the view stunning at all times of the day. We enjoyed watching the occasional boat / plane / helicopter arriving to the island. The buggy was fantastic and reliable. We had one small issue with the bbq but a call out to the team who were attentive / responsive, and arranged for a new bbq to be delivered from the mainland. Transfers were great! Thankyou for having us. An easy and most enjoyable holiday.

Great sunset location!

We loved our stay at this property! The views from either floor are simply devine, and the location close to the Marina and main restaurants. If we had to pick we would have loved a fresh set of towels provided midway during the 6 day stay as we used the pool and beach frequently.

Perfect location for a perfect holiday

This property is amazing. Our family of 5 were very comfortable in this well situated and beautifully furnished apartment. It central to everything and the pool is amazing. Highly recommend

View is stunning, modern comfortable furniture, well appointed [Coffee machine and internet very handy]. Loved our stay. Check in and check out easy and fuss free. Our holiday started the moment we landed. Can't wait to return.

The property was lovely. We love visiting Hamilton Island. My only criticism was our check in & leave process. We had to wait to be picked up from the Ferry & our valet didn’t arrive on time for departure. I felt there was lack of communication from the Hamilton island end. However we loved our stay 👌
