Desert Tortoise is a 4 bedroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 4.5 bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa with a Private Hot Tub. It is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Great vacation property

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and the location was far enough from the city to be private, yet only a few minutes drive into town. The hot tub was a nice touch also. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Getaway

This place is beautiful and spotless! Had everything we needed. We loved the pools, pickleball courts and our own private jacuzzi. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect rental with fun amenities for a family

House was great & very close to my kids softball tournament field. Was amazing being right there by the golf course our family got in 18 holes in on the course as well as some pickleball over our weekend stay.And of course the view from the hot tub was absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful vacation!

We went with grandmas and grandpas and and teenagers and has a BLAST! We golfed and played pickleball and swam and golfed some more :)

Quick trip from Vegas

Fantastic property exactly like listing description. Easy access to Zion and other nearby parks. Plenty of room for our group of 7 and you could easily sleep several more.

spacious and comfortable

Plenty of beds and baths ... room to visit and enjoy family. Love the pickle ball courts and private hot tub. A couple of the bathrooms were a little dirty with hair in drains and floors with smudges but overall pretty clean. Would happily stay again.

Love The Ledges

This property was everything we hoped for. Clean, well stocked, great beds, loved the hot tub and the firepit upstairs. The owners responded to my questions immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect!!!

The house was beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. Large enough for our group and very comfortable. Great location. If you're looking for a place in St. George, this is the home you should stay in.

Fantastic Views, Loved the Hot Tub

The Ledges is a bit out of the main action of St. George, which we thought would be a down side, but it ended up being a plus. The setting is amazing, the views at sunset and of the stars was incredible, especially from the hot tub at night. Our teenager loved the setting, and the property itself was clean, new, and beautiful. We hope to bring more folks down again soon.

Wonderful condo with spectacular views!!

What a gorgeous, well- maintained condo! My friends and I loved the location, the ease of check in, the amenities at the Ledges, and the beautiful condo! I hope to be back and would absolutely rent this again.

Buddy Golf Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used the Ledges Vacation Rental the last three years for our annual friends golf trip. We stay for a week and have found the Ledges has everything you need. Dan can set up t times at various courses in the area and is very responsive to your needs. The rentals are spacious, modern, and clean. The staff will even shop for you if needed. Since ours is a golf trip, the Ledges Vacation Rental staff arranges early morning t times, then we can come back and play the Ledges course/practice in the afternoon if we have enough energy. Otherwise we go to the pool or take a nap!It’s great place to stay and why we keep coming back!

Our Kevvy retirement vacation

We had fun. The second floor patio was a great hang, the hot tub was a nightly routine and everyone had plenty of space. The Ledges was a great, quiet, convenient property.

Great stay at the Ledges

Very nice property, clean and in good repair. Has all the utensils and kitchen items you would ever need. I would like to see new bath towels. Other than that it was perfect for our family group.

Absolutely Wonderful

We loved the modern space and decor and enjoyed private baths for all our guests. Spacious, and the hot tub was clean and inviting. All communications were clear and informative.
