Amazing location. 3 minute stroll to town. Very spacious.

Great location, literally a 3 minute walk and you’re in the heart of Airlie beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed as a family. Lots of space for everyone. Would highly recommend.

We unfortunately had the hot water system break while staying, Whitsundays holiday rentals had it sorted that day my only complaint was it could do with a deep clean. Everything was tidy with all the things you could ask for in regards to making our stay comfortable

Excellent location and beautiful property

Easter 2025

Great house, awesome views and a short walk to everything Airlie Beach has to offer.Service from Michelle at the rental place was amazing even on the Easter public holidays.Only catch is the noisy/busy road at the front of the property.

Beautiful home, stunning views, great location!

49 Airlie Crt was perfect for our group of 7 adults to celebrate a 60th Birthday! You couldn't want for anything as the owners have gone above & beyond to ensure every single gadget, utensil & knick knack was provided! Plenty of space on all floors, a wonderful huge deck to entertain! Work highly recommend this home to everyone, you won't be disappointed!!

Perfect location

Location is simply amazing, close walking distance to everything you need. Management Are easy to deal with. The house itself is clean and tidy with an amazing view. Only negative feedback is the outdoor furniture can use with an updated.

Amazing

Would thoroughly recommend to stay , we were a family of 3couples & 2 grand children aged 3years & a 7month .there are alot of stairs so if not good with them it wouldn’t suit . But otherwise great location & was perfect for us

The property all in all is a lovely place. The cleanliness was okay but could be improved. I think the photos don’t fully exhibit the layout accurately and could be improved.

Were met by a fantastic lady at the Retal House who was very informative and assisted us with early arrival and late departure and stowing luggage. Incredible view and so close to main street and all the activities we could engage in! Would stay again easily.

Spectacular view but we were unaware it was above the main road so traffic noise and pub noise very audible. If we had known construction was going on next door we would not have booked (especially as we have the same issue at home and we’re looking forward to sleeping in !) The beds are by far the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on / given the money paid for the rental you would at least expect a comfortable bed.

On a clear day.......

The property is very well situated - a short 5 minute walk and you are in the middle of town - shops, cafes, pubs etc. Great for those who don't like to walk too far! The house is well set up, would recommend bedrooms at top or bottom (pool) level. Bedroom on middle floor is shared with kitchen, living space. The views are amazing and we loved the breeze on the balcony. Beware the road noise - literally sitting on top of the main and only road access - trucks coming down the hill with engine brakes squealing at 5 am was not ideal. We had a minor issue with one of the beds and the property manager was very quick to respond. A big plus was having access to twin carports. We would definitely come back.

Post Wedding Vacation for family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the house was amazing, the location was close to the town centre (a short walk), had amazing views and everything you could need in the house e.g. tv, netflix, swimming pool, great kitchen facilities, toilets on every floor (very handy). If you struggle with stairs you may find the house difficult as there are three levels, entrance is on the top/3rd level, with the kitchen, meals area and lounge all on the middle level. The walk from the town centre back to the house can be a challenge going up the hill to the house for those with limited capabilities. Property management were very helpful and accommodating, they allowed us an early check-in (after we had originally agreed to the standard check-in time)

Overall okay but outdated photos of the property

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We feel the property is a lot more dated than it is displayed in the photos and does not represent the current conditions of the property. Carpet and rugs were quite dirty and the vacuum performed poorly. There were heaps of ants and bugs. Kitchen was not spotlessly cleaned. There were also no cleaning products for guests (cloths, sprays etc) thankfully we had tours booked and did not spend a lot of time at the property so it wasn’t a massive issue but it definitely needs a refresh.

The view is amazing the only good thing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are stunning. The location however is facing a MAIN road and while sitting on the verandah you are overwhelmed with the road traffic noise. There are a lot of stairs and the bathroom on the ground floor is lovely but outside, which was not so nice in the middle of the night. Lacking in general provisions. Old tea bags and a tiny carton of milk. Nothing to get you through the first evening upon arrival. No little touches that you would expect from a property with this price tag. We arrived early and requested that we leave our luggage in the garage, the cleaning staff were so rude and clearly upset that this had been agreed. The property could do with an update as it is quite dated especially in the upstairs bathroom. I would not recommend spending this kind of money on a property for older people, anyone who wants heating as there is none and those who have had the luxury of rentals that provide so much more for their guests. There were better places that I wished we had booked. Over priced for what you get.
