Nice house and pool

The house was spacious and well stocked. Not as close to the beach as I would have liked, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute house

This place was perfect. It was clean and had enough room for everyone. Direct access to the pool was great. Our dog loved the little yard. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, very clean and in a nice location. Close to the different beach locations. We especially liked the floor plan, the two bedrooms were across the main living area from each other, so there was a sense of space and privacy. We also appreciated being able to bring our dogs and have an enclosed courtyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property. Five minutes to sandy toes and wet hooks. We were a little worried about sharing a wall with the popular pool area but all pool guests were respectful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time staying at the Summer Cottage with Padre Escapes. We loved the pool access right outside the door. We did experience problems with ants in the kitchen and Spectrum went out for a day, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Summer Wind stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little place was the PERFECT place to stay. We were close to the beach and RIGHT next door to the pool. There was an adorable little yard perfect to watch a beautiful Texas sun set. This place was decorated so cute and had all the things you needed for a comfortable stay. Only negative was the door to the pool wouldn’t stay shut you had to lock it to keep it closed.
