Moderne, komfortable, soloplyste condo i gamle rolige, rene, afslappende Florida

We are two professionals, living in South Florida for 20 years. Our son is currently a graduate student. We are classical music lovers, attending a lot of performances.
We travel a lot, so we're quite experienced in renting properties ourselves -- in Europe, South America and, of course, US and Canada. We understand what one would look for in a rental property to have a perfect vacation.

The ocean and it's beaches are the real beauties Florida can offer. They are different every day and every moment you look at them.
We've taken A1A from the very south point to Cape Canaveral trying to get a feeling of Florida shore line — walked along the beaches, stopped at small local restaurants, talked to people. It's just impossible to miss Hutchinson Island's charm: this place is exactly what we were looking for; quiet and isolated enough for a peaceful, rested feeling, but close enough to every attraction water-front/marine proximity can offer. We love to come to the condo just for the weekend, it gives an amazing feeling of shedding the stress of the week and renewal.
In addition of enjoying every aspect of beautiful and unforgettable Florida's nature, we love comfort: we have modern, new and usable furniture, comfortable mattresses, and remodeled bathrooms.
We like to cook — our kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots and pans, utensils and plates. We are trying to keep basic set of spices and oils in the kitchen.

This location is in between Orlando, Cape Canaveral and Miami, so the numerous attractions of these places are all within driving distance, being at the same time isolated from loud and intense party life style of South Beach, Disney or Hollywood.
You hear and see the ocean once you step into the condo. It is beautiful at any time of day or night - there are breathtaking sunsets, a sky full of stars which will keep you amazed of ionce you are sitting on the balcony, and a view of the moon over the water that you just won't see anywhere else, or be able to forget. And there are all kinds of Florida wildlife to admire; birds, turtles, crabs, pelicans, colorful fish. It's a unique experience to live in this condo, one which you'll find exciting, restful, and above all pleasant and memorable.
