New Years Tahoe Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at RNR the unit was beautiful and exactly what our group was looking for. The only thing we didn’t love was all the bathrooms/showers were downstairs on the first floor. Other than that everything was perfect and we would definitely come back to stay. We had a great time in Tahoe and this place made it even more special.

Great stay!

I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to stay here! Great house, great location, pretty clean, has what you need (utensils and appliances), and its a short walking distance from the lake and stores. The only thing I would say is that the heater is a bit noisy, but overall its a nice place and would definitely considering booking again.

The unit we stayed in had plenty of space for the 8 in our group. We appreciated that it was well stocked for staying in to cook and enjoy family time. The space worked well for playing games and socializing. One of the downfalls was that both bathrooms and showers were downstairs, just outside the two bedrooms, so for those with gastrointestinal issues they felt a little cautious using the bathrooms when others were in their rooms. And for those in the loft, it was a few flight of stairs to get down to the bathroom and shower. The bathrooms had pocket doors and didn't lock, but that was not an issue for us.The floors were a bit squeaky so those in the bedrooms could hear people walking above them. They warn about bears and we didn't realize there happened to be resident bears onsite at the complex. They roam the property and sleep under the decks at times, but they did not bother the guests. We visited the upper pool and hot tub and had a fabulous time. The weather was a bit chilly with the wind so we didn't swim in the lake, but did enjoy walking on the beach and enjoying the views and talking with other guests. All workers on the property were friendly and helpful when we engaged with them. This property is close to grocery stores and restaurants so we were able to walk to them.We had a great trip minus the cooler than expected weather for July.

Thank you so much for your feedback of the home in beautiful South Lake Tahoe! We are thrilled that you had plenty of space for your group! We appreciate your comments about the home's layout. We understand that the downstairs bathroom configuration may not be ideal for every group. We do our best to ensure our listing description and photos accurately reflect the home's floor plan and layout so guests know what to expect before booking. As for the bears—they are definitely part of the Tahoe experience! We're happy to hear you were able to observe them safely while also enjoying everything the property has to offer. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!
