#471 was an amazing place for my family to stay for a long weekend in Tahoe. We enjoyed all the amenities the property had to offer, especially the pool overlooking Lake Tahoe.

We stayed here while in South Lake Tahoe for a wedding. It's a very clean and nice space and very well appointed! Easy access to the beach and lovely weather!!

This condo has everything you need. Very close to the pool and hot tub and beach! We can't wait to stay here again!

Overall a good place but heaters in bathroom disabled is not good. I think those should be fixed to make the place more comfortable in the winter

Holiday stay

Great location, very clean

Great location to Heavenly ski resort. Very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tahoe.

Fast access to South Lake

The home was quiet and clean as mentioned in other reviews. The beds at the home were also very comfortable. This location is just a short ride to the heavenly village and casinos. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in south lake.

Relaxing getaway with my gal pals.

Overall we loved this property. The space and layout were perfect. The only complaint we had was the tile floors on the ground floor were FREEZING cold. We were there in early May. So I would recommend packing slippers.

Well suited and equipped with everyt

Loved the property, including the bear visit. Great place for families. Clean and had plenty of towels!!! Parking was a challenge only because they are replacing pipe in the complex, which is a good thing. Tons of beach chairs for lounging. Wonderful sunsets. Recommended.

we have stayed many times at various units with different booking sources. Our latest booking was through vrbo…the BEST experience! We received the best service..and THE BEST unit! We will always use VRBO with the utmost confidence!

Kitchen was the best stocked one we have ever found in a vacation rental. Management was very responsive. We were able to walk averywhere. Would definitely highly recommend. Just remember to not leave trash out overnight - there are bears!

Great Stay

We had a great stay and although it was cool outside there was no way to cool the inside other than by opening the windows, but we did not want to leave with the windows open so it was very warm during the day and into the evening until it cooled off with the windows open and fans going. Shower heads needed to be changed. Other than that great stay and location.

South Lake Tahoe's spring temperatures can vary, with average highs ranging from the mid-40s°F in March to the mid-60s°F in spring time. While many homes in the area, including ours, rely on natural ventilation by opening windows and using fans to maintain comfort, we understand that this may not have been ideal for you, and we appreciate your feedback.  Regarding the shower heads, we will have our maintenance team inspect these as needed to ensure optimal functionality for future guests.  Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Nice place

The place was clean, comfortable and as listed. We left a day early because snow storms threatened to close the roads, and with the ski resorts closed, it made no sense to stay the full length of the trip. We were not able to get a refund for leaving early, but that was also consistent with the cancellation policy I signed when I made the reservation. But the place was nice and we enjoyed staying there.
