Flat 05 is located in the heart of the Northeastern Caribbean, in one of the city’s busiest neighborhoods: Bessa. It’s close to shops such as a bakery, gas station, market, and other stores.

It’s located above one of the city’s best bars and restaurants, the Na Praia Lounge Bar.

The view from the apartment is incredible! And the building is right on the beachfront; even though it’s located above a bar, there’s a very peaceful atmosphere.

The building was recently completed, so everything is brand new and of excellent quality. All of this is designed to provide you with a peaceful and perfect stay! The space is extremely comfortable and clean.

In the common areas, you can enjoy a perfect view from the sun deck, with a sofa, chairs, and hammocks...

If you’d like, we offer housekeeping services for an additional fee. We’re available online 24 hours a day to answer any questions or address any issues, and in person if there’s an urgent need to resolve any problems.
