Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard and required to gain access to the gated community.

The pool, tennis courts, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Minimum age required is 25. No Smoking. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the house or move it from one room or floor to another. Your parking pass must be displayed in your windshield at all times. 2 SHIPYARD PARKING PASSES ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE GATED COMMUNITY. PARKING IS NOT ASSIGNED IN EVIAN VILLAS.
