Thank you for your review and for staying at Summer Paradise. While we appreciate your feedback, there are some points in your review that we would like to clarify. First, we are glad to hear that you found the property spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. However, we are disappointed to learn about your concerns through your review rather than during your stay, as we were not informed of any strange or strong odours in the kitchen and living room area. Had we been notified, we would have promptly addressed the issue. It is simply untrue to say we ignored this, as we had no knowledge of it. Regarding the pool table, it makes no sense to claim it was unusable. The house has an occupancy rate of 90%, and none of our other guests have ever mentioned that the table was unusable. It also raises the question of why a pool table would be unusable. If something is being reported (even after the fact), it should be specific about what didn't work. As for the outdoor hygiene issue, we acknowledge that the trash bin smelled. With once-a-week garbage collection and Florida’s heat, this can happen. In summary, we strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and responsiveness, and we regret that these issues detracted from your stay. We wish you had brought the odour to our attention during your visit so we could have made your stay even more enjoyable.
