The property was not clean. Two beds were broken and mattresses on all beds were hard and uncomfortable. The unit was poorly stocked with basics like soap, trash bags, etc.I will not be staying here again.Management will send texts asking if you need anything but when you respond you hear nothing back. I had to hunt for a phone number to call and after 36 hours finally reached someone. This was very poorly managed and the worst stay we’d experienced with a property

We loved this condo for our week long dance convention and competition. Plenty of room for 4 moms and 4 kids with a pullout sofa for a couple extra dance friends to sleepover when needed! A couple issues we noted: the air did not seem to be working well in the front bedroom near the washer and dryer, and the shower curtain liners need to be changed.

We apologize for the AC issue in the front bedroom and the condition of the shower curtain liners. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

The accuracy of the condo unit description was dead on. We were very happy with the facility and accommodations. We did have an issue upon arrival. We were not able to open the door. There is a code that needs to be used for the electronic combonation lock on the door. We were given an incorrect code. I called the emergency number and within 10 minutes we were in. We had no other issues.

Great place!

We loved the penthouse! It had room for everyone, a great balcony, a great kitchen, and the washer and dryer were very convenient. We rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach and enjoyed the swimming pools and hot tubs. It was close to attractions and restaurants and we had a wonderful time.

Myrtle Beach Mini Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation started on a very sour note when upon checking into the room and seeing paint cans and maintenance people in the room. Lisa from the rental company was very helpful assisting with alternate arrangements for the night. Other than the residual paint fumes, the remaining stay was nice.
