The location, size, and layout of the house is excellent. The beds were comfortable, I was pleased to see the mattresses were covered, and the bedrooms were a good size. The house stayed cool on all floors which was great in the August heat. The large kitchen was a plus! Parking was plentiful for our 4 cars and rented golf cart. The house was surface clean (except for the fans which didn’t look like they’d been touched in months) but can definitely use a good, thorough cleaning. If you plan to cook, bring your own knives or a knife sharpener and if you have a large crowd, bring some bigger bowls. Also, the ice maker is broken so prepare to buy lots of ice. Overall, great house and location and well consider this one again if we return to Tybee

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the elevator and the swimming pool. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed this house along with the adults. Would gladly stay here again.

Great location, house was perfect, loved the pool. Morning beach walks the best.

Great place!
This was an amazing house to stay in. The house is actually nicer than the pictures. Great location and walkable to many restaurants in the area.

Great family vacation place
The house is true to the description. Clean, spacious and close to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

AMAZING HOUSE, lovely view, clean
we celebrated my sister’s bachelor party at this house and it was absolutely amazing. Such a short walk to the beach, very spacious, lots of porches/balconies, which was really nice. Very clean and had lots of cooking utensils on hand.

Savannah + Beach Vacation
We had a group of 12 adults stay in this very comfortable and well laid out house in Tybee. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Savannah. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Girls trip
The house was lovely, very clean and well stocked. We would have liked a little more privacy and outdoor seating. Only two chairs by the pool.

Splendid Large Property on Tybee Island
We gathered together as a family of 11. We enjoyed ourselves at this large, upscale property. The kitchen was well-equipped and the elevator was a game changer for moving around suitcases and members of our family who have mobility challenges. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings inside were nice.

St. Patrick’s family visit
Everything about this property is fantastic! It is beautiful, spacious and sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and there is plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. The property is a short walk to the beach too. The private heated pool is a real plus. We will definitely be back.

WONDERFUL RESPITE
Imagine waking up each morning to a gorgeous sunrise just steps away from the beach. The house was spotless, the pool warmed to just the right temp, and it was walking distance to restaurants and activities. It is also close enough for day trips to Savannah and all the fun that it offers. We had a wonderful time.

Nice home
Enjoyed our stay. House fit our family. It needs a deep clean like woodwork and kitchen ceiling pop stains. A couple of the dining chairs were broken I would come back!

Great Family Vacation
This home was perfect for us and our extended family to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or for us all to gather together for meals and games in the spacious living area. It was close to the bike route, close to the beach, close to the pier, the market, and restaurants. We were able to walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go, even all the way north side to the lighthouse Everyone enjoyed the beach and the heated pool. It is definitely on our list to stay again.

Wonderful House!
My family met here for a week to honor my mom and dad and spread their ashes. Couldn't have asked for a better house. The main floor was big enough to have everyone together but never feeling crowded. Porches on all 3 levels plus a widows peak where we got to watch a spectacular lighting storm off the coast. Master bedroom with a full wall of windows was a great way to relax to the sights and sounds of the ocean. Will stay here again.

New Years
Our friend group of 10 stayed in this property for a few days to celebrate New Years. Each couple had own room. The den and kitchen was open and we spent a lot of time there. The elevator was a plus for bringing luggage to the rooms from the car. Location was great! We walked to eat dinner one night, and cooked the other two nights. Nice short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!
