Beautiful and spacious house. Great location and the driving distance to Savannah was very manageable. Could really use a deep cleaning. Garbage can had spills on top and several walls as well. Railing to go up to second floor was very sticky and dirty.

Kitchen/living area fantastic layout for a large group. Pool was particular highlight!! Plenty of pool toys in garage. Beds and linens clean and comfy. Kitchen oven does over heat the kitchen floor causing burning on laminate. Crock pot, toaster and coffee maker were provided. Overall would stay again - perfect large family getaway!

The location, size, and layout of the house is excellent. The beds were comfortable, I was pleased to see the mattresses were covered, and the bedrooms were a good size. The house stayed cool on all floors which was great in the August heat. The large kitchen was a plus! Parking was plentiful for our 4 cars and rented golf cart. The house was surface clean (except for the fans which didn’t look like they’d been touched in months) but can definitely use a good, thorough cleaning. If you plan to cook, bring your own knives or a knife sharpener and if you have a large crowd, bring some bigger bowls. Also, the ice maker is broken so prepare to buy lots of ice. Overall, great house and location and well consider this one again if we return to Tybee

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for highlighting the many things you enjoyed about the house. We are sorry about the condition of the fans and will look into the overall deep cleaning needs. We regret that the kitchen knives and bowl sizes did not meet your needs and will review the inventory. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the broken ice maker and will look into this issue as well. Your comments are very helpful to us.

AMAZING HOUSE, lovely view, clean

we celebrated my sister’s bachelor party at this house and it was absolutely amazing. Such a short walk to the beach, very spacious, lots of porches/balconies, which was really nice. Very clean and had lots of cooking utensils on hand.

Splendid Large Property on Tybee Island

We gathered together as a family of 11. We enjoyed ourselves at this large, upscale property. The kitchen was well-equipped and the elevator was a game changer for moving around suitcases and members of our family who have mobility challenges. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings inside were nice.

WONDERFUL RESPITE

Imagine waking up each morning to a gorgeous sunrise just steps away from the beach. The house was spotless, the pool warmed to just the right temp, and it was walking distance to restaurants and activities. It is also close enough for day trips to Savannah and all the fun that it offers. We had a wonderful time.

Great Family Vacation

This home was perfect for us and our extended family to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or for us all to gather together for meals and games in the spacious living area. It was close to the bike route, close to the beach, close to the pier, the market, and restaurants. We were able to walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go, even all the way north side to the lighthouse Everyone enjoyed the beach and the heated pool. It is definitely on our list to stay again.

Wonderful House!

My family met here for a week to honor my mom and dad and spread their ashes. Couldn't have asked for a better house. The main floor was big enough to have everyone together but never feeling crowded. Porches on all 3 levels plus a widows peak where we got to watch a spectacular lighting storm off the coast. Master bedroom with a full wall of windows was a great way to relax to the sights and sounds of the ocean. Will stay here again.
