The place was clean and host was responsive. Area is nice, pool area was great. Great location for what we needed and close to parks. Gate code given for check in was wrong but the person at the gate was very helpful. Pictures have a hot tub but there isn’t one. It’s not listed as an amenity just seen in some pictures.

Comfortable home, close to main theme parks. Clean and spacious in a quite resort. Would stay here again.

Florida retreat

Townhome was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family. Conveniently located to a lot of attractions and amenities.

Fantastic villa

The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. We had a good time for our 10 day stay and plenty of space for our children. Would definitely recommend for families as a base for seeing Disney access is very handy and close to main routes to other tourist attractions.

Snowbird Stay

Great location, very responsive management company. Unit is starting to look a little tired and cookware needs to be replaced. Lots of friendly neighbours.

Great Home & Resort

We reserved this house for a family of five and it was great. It was close to both the parks and the convention center (we were in town for a volleyball tournament) and there were plenty of grocery and restaurant options nearby. We enjoyed the hot tub and the community pool/waterslide at the clubhouse and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Also homeowner was quick to respond to questions. Recommended!

Good Enough

The property was okay. Carpet needs to be remove. Overall it was a good place to stay if you have kids and want to visit Disney. The parks are 5 minutes away.

We had a good stay but weren’t at the condo much. My biggest complaints are the master shower- it is so hard to get in and out of the tub thing. And they didn’t have a working can opener and the dryer lint screen was missing. I also saw a palmetto bug in the bathroom in the middle of the night but it is Florida so I don’t really put that one on them.

Quick response

Location is very good, closed to all the big attractions in Orlando. The place was truly cleaned when we arrived. The property was very responsive to any questions. The only thing is that you can tell things have been removed and had a quick fix. One of the showers had something removed on the wall and it was never fixed. The cookware wasn’t ideal but there is plenty of serving ware. Overall, I would recommend staying there

Great place near Disney

The only reason I don’t give this property five stars is because they didn’t provide wash cloths, which I found very odd for a vrbo and none of us liked the showers. The shower heads were so large that even though the water pressure might have been ok, you couldn’t tell. And the bathtub shower combo was so tall that none of my kids could get in it and I almost fell getting in and out several times. Other than that, everything was great for the limited time we got to stay. We were originally booked for a week but had to evacuate due to Milton.

Nice

Was given the wrong entry code and guard at the gate was less than pleasant. Hot tub was not in working order but was fixed the next day. Rooms and Home was nice and stayed cool even at 74 degrees. Great to have a washer and dryer. Only mistep on our part was garbage. Be sure to latch the garbage when placed in the outside container otherwise critters will make a mess. The owners were very responsive and accommodating with all issues and questions during the stay. The location was very convenient, although Florida's touting a free State makes me laugh after my 40 plus dollar toll bill over 7 days.

Broken hotub

We rented this for spa hottub for the after golfing. House and rooms are clean. Clubhouse for all to use is pretty cool. Broken hot tub. When we arrived there was no electricity to the hottub, they quickly sent technician to get power running, unfortunately the hottubs sensor needs to be replaced therefore, the hottub is non functionnal and therefore useless. Basically a big nasty bath tub stagnant water. Jets didnt work, nothing worked. The water has probably been UNFILTERED for god know how much time which is unsanitary. Sent videos and pictures showing error messages Tried to ask for small compensation $ only to be shutdown and to be told that if i wanted to heated that it would be extra ! And that technician said it works and it our fault lol. Ridiculous after-service.

October 2023 family stay

All in all this was a really good experience. Booking and pre-arrival contact / check-in was easy. The agent responded to all questions really quickly. We were provided with entry gate code (to the Regal Oaks gated community) and the holiday home on the day - so getting in after our late flight was a breeze. Regal Oaks is a good base. We stayed at another property here in 2018 and immediately thought of here when looking to come to Florida agsu. It’s well maintained, quiet and with good facilities (a good size pool with slides - never that busy, plenty of sun loungers, a pool bar, a restaurant and bar, a gym, a counter for tourist tickets). It’s about 15 mins from the Disney parks, 25-30 from Universal (latter in traffic). It’s also good because there are places to eat / drink within walking distance - in Old Town and just beyond on the highway. We previously stayed somewhere else and missed having this option. The property itself was good. A/C throughout which worked well. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Downstairs had plenty of space - sofas and chairs were comfortable. Everything worked in the kitchen. Fridge-freezer massive. There were a few minor things (eg live TV on the downstairs TV never worked, missing bit of mosquito net outside, slightly tired kitchen pans, etc). But you expect this sort of thing I think. It was nothing that really detracted from what was a great stay in a property I’d recommend and love to stay at again. Thank you.

Nice place great location

Nice villa in a great location only here to chill and not do any of the parks so can’t comment on how easy or hard it was to get to them… Just one thing to pick up on was villa was far too warm upstairs and found it difficult to sleep but in the instructions was told not to lower the air conditioning beyond a certain setting

Family holiday vacation in Orlando

Dealing with the VRBO website and staff was a very positive experience. The particular condo we rented had some maintenance and repair issues that caused some minor inconveniences. The unit needs a general face lift (paint, carpet, appliances, etc.) which I assume are owner (not VRBO) controlled. This is probably a common complaint for most rentals. The Regal Oaks location was great for easy access to all of the major attractions and tourist spots.

Finally able to travel again

Great location you are in the middle of all activities within the Kissimmee & Disney area. House was fully equipped which is a big bonus for since we love to cook our own food. Thank you Angel for being a great host!!

Loved Old Town Stay

Great property in a great location. Property owner was easy to work with and the property was in tip top shape. Only complaint would be there was too much chlorine in the hot tub but that’s better than too little and not being clean.
