Cabin was awesome, we had a great time! Would definitely go back again. Erika was so welcoming, we didn’t have any issues but I feel confident she would have been easy to reach and ready to help if we had. 5 stars, amazing time!

Let me start by saying this would be a great rental for a couple and only a couple. The cabin is nice enough and decently kept. There's really nothing too bad or too great about it, but it's definitely better for two people sharing a bed.That said, it's absolutely not great for people who are not sharing the main bedroom. There are several reasons for this.- 'it sleeps 8' is accurate if you're willing to be crammed in there with one shower and the main bathroom is in the main bedroom so when you're sleeping, you can't easily utilize the one in house bathroom.- If you decide to sleep in the game room, which is just a small pool table, you get a couch and a damaged futon that doesn't fold properly. On top of that, you need to go two floors down to the basement to get to the half bath toilet.- The door to the pool from the house has an alarm that's about 6ft up with a 7 second time limit before it, very loudly sounds. You press it so that you add 14 seconds to get through the door. This works maybe half the time. Then, to renter, you need to reach up to a handle that's eye level if you're inside and 6.5ft up when standing on the basement staircase to reach up. This then causes you to step down and carefully navigate back into the house while the alarm inevitably goes off. Remember, this is a process you'll do A LOT if you're not sharing the main bedroom. It's annoying. Very annoying.- The pool is very loud and the sound is ok at best.

Love the cabin

Great cabin! Wonderful hot tub! Awesome pool! We cooked a lot there and the only thing seemed to be missing is a cookie sheet. They have a foil tray there that we used a lot!! Also back porch has one chair. Bummer one person gets to relax and the other stands. But very relaxing. We had to buy batteries to put in all the remotes so that was a bummer. There are none there. But we kept the batteries in the remotes! If ur staying for a wk bring some toilet paper there isn’t enough for a week. Other than those few things this was a wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

The pool, pool table and hot tub were great. My family and I really enjoyed it. The host was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay.

Beautiful pool cabin

Cabin was just as described. The pool was clean, cabin was clean and well stocked as well. Our kids loved the pool table and indoor pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi. The cabin is in the perfect location near the parkway. It is not up in the mountains really but we didn’t want that anyway. The property manager was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Great pick for a family of 4

Very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (10 minutes) and very peaceful at night time. My wife and I really enjoyed the private hot tub after we put the kids to bed.

Cute Cabin

Cabin was great! We really loved the extra amenities that were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked even with foil and spices. Cabin had a fire pit area and wood was already on the property. Hot tub was great with the privacy screen. Pool room was very private and loved the projection tv in it. Bed was super comfy. Perfect cabin for couples.

Exactly as described.

Everything was nice and peaceful. Great communication. The host checked in with me upon arrival to make sure everything was good. We had an issue with the washer mid stay and was prompt to have the issue corrected. The projector was nice to watch while we swam. No super steep drive or climb to get to the cabin and is a few miles from the parkway. Nice place to come home to and relax for the night. Grill was full of gas and the hot tub was hot!!

Log cabin

Nice house. Heat couldnt keep up with the cold weather while we stayed. Pool could have been warmer. Fast communication and repair person for heat very quickly at the property.

Hands down best rental we've ever booked!

Everything about this rental was absolutely impressive. Erica was a gem and knowing she was available by text or phone if needed and to ask questions ahead of time was such a convenience. The pool was so nice and the projector made for some really sweet movie nights. All of the furniture was extremely comfortable and the bedding was so soft!!! There were so many extra plushy massive blankets. Hot tub did not disappoint one bit. We found all the kitchen ware to be in excellent condition. Overall the property was very well kept and beautiful. We are already looking forward to our next stay here as we will be booking again in the summer. I do believe we are going to become regulars here.
