Apartment
This place was very clean and very nice. I enjoyed our stay there even if it was due to a family funeral. The location was perfect. I will stay again when visiting family.

Nice place
We stayed here the week of the July 4th. It’s a spacious place that still smells new. There is plenty of room to move around. You’re a nice walk to the pier and pool and a close drive to stores.

Christmas in Green Cove
Our stay in Green Cove was great! We were there to visit relatives for Christmas and the apartment was close and convenient. Very clean .

Perfect for us
This was just what we were looking for. It was comfortable and clean. I had a couple questions before I booked, Sue and Bart were very responsive and helpful.

Apartment was great
The apartment was great. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The communication was good with the owners! We were not there very much except to put our heads down at night and get ready in the morning, but it was perfect for our needs.

I would stay here again
The place was great. The hosts made sure me and my family were comfortable. The apartment was a good size. Kitchen was clean. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The location was reasonably close to St Augustine, Jacksonville, and various springs. I would recommend this place to a relative.

Clean, Quiet, Outstanding Hosts
We had an extended stay so our experience is over several months. The biggest surprise was how quiet, clean & well-maintained the place was. The unit is in a pet friendly apartment complex with annual rentals but never even heard a dog bark!
To make sure we were enjoying our stay the hosts even updated us on upcoming local events in the area.

Green Cove Visit
Apartment was clean. Walk to park, pool and coffee shop is about half mile and we enjoyed all three. We could hear apartment neighbor’s tv through master bedroom wall and they could probably hear our baby that woke up and cried one of the three nights…

Unplanned
I needed a place to stay while my relative was in the hospital and this apartment was in walking distance. Also easy walking distance to town center and park. It was just what I needed and Sue with iTrip was wonderful in working to assist me with a last minute reservation and then making it so easy to go on a week to week basis until it was time for us to go home. Thanks again, Sue!

Wonderfully convenient!
We needed a place to stay while putting our boat away for hurricane season in Green Cove Springs. This appartmwnt was 3 minutes away from the marina. We appreciated having a laundry facility and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking was right by the door which facilitated our moving. The master bedroom bed was the best mattress/bed I have slept in! Extremely comfortable!

Family Stay
This condo was very convenient to our family that lives in the area. It was also close to local shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and we didn't have any problems at all.

Disappointed
The overall listing was deceptive. The apartment was very clean...yet really small and in the middle of nowhere. Eighty-five percent of the town closes at 7pm, including the city pool. There is a three hour drive to any fun areas. Quiet hours enforced after 11pm. In short, I will not be booking this location again.

Thank you for your feedback, we aren't surprised by your comments or the fact that you would penalize us with a 1 star review for your decision to book our apartment. We can say to all future guests, please be sure you read the listings before you book a reservation at any rental property. The property size, # of beds, bedrooms & bathrooms are all noted in the listing as are TV locations, amenities and description of the area. Please do not book a 3 BR apartment when you really need a 5 bedroom place. You will be disappointed with your decision. There is also a map of the area of where the property is located. Be sure to look at it so you know where you are booking your reservation and can see what is in the surrounding area. As hosts, we put all of that information into our listings so that future guests can decide where they want to stay. We spent considerable time with this guest in advance of their stay, provided a 3 page detailed listing of a variety of things to do in the surrounding area with links to each and a description as well - and the things are not 3 hours away. However, the Jacksonville area is the largest landmass city in the US - you will be driving around to get to things. The information about the Town Pool is noted in the listing, along with a link for more information including the hours it is open and that it is operated by the Town of Green Cove Springs, not us. We don't have any control over what those places do. We can certainly appreciate this guest's disappointment in their choice and for not reading the listing, reviewing the area and understanding where they were making their reservation. We too are disappointed that after several 5 star reviews, we now have a 1 star review on our property due to no fault of ours or our place. Thanks for taking the time to read our reply - we know there are plenty of guests around that would love Green Cove Springs, FL and the beautiful area that it is. Thanks! Bart & Sue

Nice place
The apartment was nice the only thing was that the tub was dirty and the kitchen utensils had water mark on all of them, Ended up using plastic, the dish drain was dirty. We found no soap in the bathroom to shower and the stores were already closed for the night. The cleaning lady are not doing a good job.
The host was excellent, very quick to respond to my questions. Everything else was smooth.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We can leave some Jet Dry to use with the dishwasher - we do have harder water and once the dishes dry in the dishwasher - that is where there are some spots coming from. Thank you for sharing that with us.
We will also share your comments with the outside cleaning company that we use and let them know. We would have been happy to send them back over to do an additional cleaning for you if we would have known. We always recommend our guests notify us as soon as there is any issue so we can help get it fixed!

Beautiful place!
The apartment was brand new and pristine! The extra small touches were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very plush. I would highly recommend this rental.

Extra stay for golf trip
Very nice property. Pretty sure we were the first to stay in it. Only thing I would have them check is their electrical... Most wall plugs pushed into the wall and were hard to plug things in. Other than that was a great stay and would recommend it

Great communication for our first time using vrbo
Our experience was awesome. We had 5 adults in our party and everyone had fun. The house was more than enough space for each of us.
