The Space:

Set in a peaceful, family-friendly cul-de-sac, this coastal home welcomes you with open-plan living and gentle natural light throughout. The entry flows into a bright lounge with a wood fireplace and large sectional sofa—perfect for cosy evenings after beach adventures. A foosball table adds a fun, low-key activity for kids and parents alike, creating a warm hub for family time.



Besides the living area, the dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar offer everything needed for simple, shared meals. Sliding glass doors lead to two separate alfresco zones: a quiet front nook ideal for morning coffee and a sheltered rear BBQ area for relaxed outdoor dining.



On the ground floor, the primary bedroom offers a spacious retreat with a king bed, a walk-through wardrobe, and a sleek private ensuite. A vibrant bunk room sits nearby—perfect for younger guests—along with a guest powder room for added family convenience. Upstairs, a second lounge with a TV area gives your family a calm space to unwind, while two additional queen rooms provide peaceful places to rest. These areas are serviced by a well-appointed bathroom with modern fixtures and a walk-in shower.



Air conditioning in the main living area, the primary bedroom, and the upstairs lounge keeps the home comfortable year-round. Parking is available on the driveway. A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Important Note: Please be aware that construction beside this property has recently commenced and may cause noise disturbance at different times throughout the project. Only family bookings with children (<18 years of age) are accepted at this holiday home.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Located in sought-after Old Dunsborough, Breezy Bay Retreat is a short stroll to the town’s shops, cafés, and galleries, as well as the calm, netted swimming beach—perfect for kids. Whether you're here to unwind, adventure, or dine out, the best of Dunsborough is just moments away.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is a parking spot on the driveway for one car.



Airport: 35 minutes by car.



Public transport: Just a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
