Excellent experience. My kids loved the house. Clean and good value. Only issue we had was in relation to the neighbors pool pump being extremely loud on day 1, which the host handled immediately thru the HOA. Would book again.

House was very well kept and clean upon arrival. Check in and check out we’re very smooth and host responds in a timely fashion, such as when we were in the middle of the trip and I need to reach out to him about using the grill, and I received a response within the hour. Would definitely rent here again.

Great place to stay, lots of room to spread out inside. We loved the pool area. We paid for the pool heat and it made the pool nice and warm to swim in both day and night. Close to lots of restaurants. Walmart is less than 2 miles away. I had a question for the host and got a reply very quickly.

Close to Disney, Walmart, it’s of food options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Loved the daily trash pickup and the community water park was a hit even with the cooler weather.
