We loved the position of this apartment as it has lovely views of the garden and pool both of which are well maintained. We would definitely think of returning to this complex and the apartment as it is well sized and equipped.

Will Return

The listing was accurate. The property owner contacted me prior to our stay with useful information. He also was concerned with our arrival time to be sure we wouldnt have a wait. When we arrived, he was waiting outside and gave us a full tour. He even recommended a restaurant that was outstanding!! The location is a comfortable walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Excellent supermarket in the area. We will definitely be back!

Convenient central location for exploring the Algarve

Property manager was flexible when our arrival was a bit delayed (losing GPS access in the hills of the remote Alentejo isn’t for the faint of heart). Nice spacious property with lovely views of the immaculate grounds. Convenient to walk to the grocery. Note this self-catering unit was different here than in other properties we stayed in while visiting Portugal. For example, we had minimal supplies and had to purchase our own soap.

Perfect Spot for my Algarve Visit

Enjoyed my stay immensely! The apartment was clean, very spacious, and located in a nice neighbourhood. The building and grounds were lovely and well maintained. I love to walk and explore so the walk to the beach and into old town was perfect for me. I enjoyed starting my day having coffee and breakfast on the sunny balcony overlooking the garden. The communications were excellent from booking, arriving and checking out. Was also provided with contact details should I need anything during my stay. The location was also central in the Algarve so was easy for me to take trains to do day trips to other towns east & west. Was very happy with my stay and would stay again.

5 star

Great apartment. Hot water heater went and had to be replaced. Owner contact us and was concerned. Property manager and owner had a new on within 2-3 days. Considering supply chain issues, I was amazed. Strongly recommend this unit to anyone. Only thing the apartment might need is a hairdryer. 5 star

Great stay in great apartment

We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave. The apartment was located near to everything to be convienient but far enough away from the centre to be quiet. Check-in was seamless, with Joao who was prompt, friendly and very informative. We particularly appreciated the space (it is a large apartment), view from the balcony, and the parking. There were always sunbeds available, which is a big plus, so no early scramble, the pool area was clean and well maintained. We felt secure with the window shutters and the safe for our valuables was appreciated. The bed was comfy and the air con a real luxury. I was particularly pleased to find good cooking utensils and pans, which is often where this type of accomodation falls down. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again, as it had everything. Even down to comprehensive information folders. These had recomendations on things to do, where to eat, places of interest and local walks. The detail was amazing and added to our holiday as it enabled us to get the most our of our stay, - even visiting the remains of a roman villa! We also appreciated the prompt attention to our questions raised with the host prior to out stay. He couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliant in every way.

Super 2nd stay

This was our 2nd visit to Corcovada, 1st time staying in Colin’s apartment. Communication from the host and also the property manager was excellent. Taxi to and from the airport arranged as requested with no issues, although the details on the booking form do state €40 trip but appears to have increased to €50.. a minor detail which didn’t phase us. The accommodation was bright and airy, clean and tidy decor. The apartments on the complex appear to all be similar in terms of kitchen and bathroom style so were as we expected. The location of the apartment itself was good for us as it is not immediately overlooking the pool so gives some level of privacy/quiet if wanting to sit on the balcony (of which there were 2, one off the lounge and one off the bedroom with both getting the afternoon/evening sunshine), but you still get lovely views of the lush gardens and the pool without being directly above it! Beds were comfy and our son made use of the sofa bed in the lounge which was easy enough to use. The complex location is good for access to bars/restaurants, the strip and also to walk to St Eulália, and Oura Praia beaches. Aldi is a 5 minute walk so excellent for essentials. We enjoyed the stay very much. We will no doubt be back! For anyone looking for good food/drinks I would highly recommend restaurant Martinique in Montechoro, 15 mins walk from Corcovada.

Terrific Albufeira apartment

The apartment was perfect for our month stay in the Albufeira area. Walking distance to lots of dining, very close to the Aldo grocery store, beach about a 20 minute walk, and the private indoor parking was convenient with our rental car. Colin was wonderful to deal with, and the property management company is also excellent.

Nice Apartment

Booked at very short notice, great communication from Colin made booking very easy. On arrival Wi-Fi and tv not working but sorted quickly and with no fuss . Apartment on first flooor, in good condition and very comfortable with everything you need. Balconies are sunny from lunch time for rest of day. Pool area and grounds are well maintained and clean. No problems getting sun beds around pool any time of day while we were there. New Aldi superstore 10 minute walk away. Apartment and location highly recommended.
