You won't be able to resist sinking into the sectional for a movie on the 60" flat screen.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances, utensils, pots and pans you'll need. The 4-burner gas cooktop built into the island faces the living room - you'll never have to choose between cooking and socializing. The dining table seats 8 near the bay window, with a glass slider to the balcony right off the kitchen.

The downstairs bonus family room has a foosball table, stone-surrounded gas fireplace, and glass slider to the hot tub terrace overlooking the spacious, fully fenced, landscaped backyard with a hammock and outdoor seating for 4.

Unwind in the primary suite's jetted tub beneath the dual-sided gas fireplace. End your day curled up in the cozy king bed watching a movie on the 50" TV. BR 2 downstairs has a queen bed. BR 3 has 2 twin beds and an adjustable height desk and ergonomic chair for working/learning from home.

Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).
